本发明还提供了一种实现免打扰的移动终端, 该移动终端包括: 开启 模块、 以及语音来电拒接模块; 其中,
开启模块, 设置为在需要进行免打扰业务时, 开启移动终端增设的免 打扰工作模式, 并触发语音来电拒接模块;
语音来电拒接模块, 设置为收到开启模块的触发信息, 且收到寻呼消 息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身所在的移动终端进行的语音寻呼, 确定是对自身所在的移动终端进行的语音寻呼后, 不对所述寻呼消息作任 何响应。
上述方案中, 该移动终端进一步包括: 常规操作处理模块, 设置为收 到语音来电拒接模块的通知后, 对所述寻呼消息进行相应的寻呼类型的处 理流程操作;
所述语音来电拒接模块, 还设置为确定所述寻呼消息为对自身所在的 移动终端进行的非语音寻呼后, 通知常规操作处理模块。
上述方案中, 该移动终端进一步包括: 免打扰工作模式指示模块, 设 置为向用户指示当前的工作模式为免打扰工作模式。
上述方案中, 该移动终端进一步包括: 来电拒接提示模块, 设置为对 为移动终端自身进行的语音寻呼且不作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的来电时 间信息进行记录和提示。
本发明提供的实现免打扰的方法及移动终端, 在移动终端中增设免打 扰工作模式, 并在需要进行免打扰业务时, 移动终端开启免打扰工作模式; 移动终端收到寻呼消息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的语音寻 呼, 确定是后, 不对所述寻呼消息作任何响应, 如此, 能减少移动终端对 无线网络资源的占用; 同时, 由于在进行被拒接的来电处理过程中, 移动 终端不需要打开发射机, 如此, 能降低功耗, 增加移动终端的待机时间, 提升了用户体验。
另外, 采用本发明的技术方案, 由于移动终端不需要打开发射机开, 如此, 能大大降低移动终端产生的辐射, 进一步提升了用户体验。
除此以外, 采用本发明的技术方案, 主叫方感受不到自身的呼叫被对 方拒接, 如此, 提升了主叫方的用户体验。
对为移动终端自身进行的语音寻呼且不作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的 来电时间信息进行记录和提示, 如此, 能进一步提升用户体验。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 在移动终端中增设免打扰工作模式, 并在需要 进行免打扰业务时, 移动终端开启免打扰工作模式; 移动终端收到寻呼消 息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的语音寻呼, 确定是后, 不对 所述寻呼消息作任何响应。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实现免打扰的方法, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 300: 在移动终端中增设免打扰工作模式, 并在需要进行免打扰业 务时, 移动终端开启免打扰工作模式, 之后执行步驟 301 ;
这里, 所述开启免打扰工作模式, 具体为:
移动终端收到用户的开启命令后, 开启免打扰工作模式; 或者, 移动终端根据保存的日程表, 开启免打扰工作模式。
其中, 用户通过手动设置的方式, 向移动终端发送开启命令。
该方法还可以进一步包括: 向用户指示当前的工作模式为免打扰工作 模式。 其中, 指示的方式可以通过图标、 声音、 菜单或指示灯等方式实现。
步驟 301 : 移动终端收到寻呼消息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身 进行的语音寻呼, 如果是, 则执行步驟 302, 否则, 执行步驟 303;
这里, 所述判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的语音寻呼, 具体为: 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的寻呼, 如果是, 则进一步判断 所述寻呼消息是否为语音寻呼, 如果是, 则说明所述寻呼消息为对自身进 行的语音寻呼, 如果不是, 则说明所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的语音寻 呼;
其中, 如果所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的寻呼, 则说明所述寻呼消 息不为对自身进行的寻呼。
所述判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的寻呼, 具体为:

步驟 302: 对所述寻呼消息不作任何响应;
步驟 303 : 当所述寻呼消息为对自身进行的非语音寻呼时,根据所述寻 呼消息对应的寻呼类型, 对所述寻呼消息进行相应的寻呼类型的处理流程 操作; 当所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的寻呼时, 不作任何判断和处理。
这里, 所述相应的寻呼类型具体可以是短消息、 彩信、 数据业务等。 所述对所述寻呼消息进行相应的寻呼类型的处理操作的具体处理过程 为现有技术, 这里不再赘述。
在实际应用时, 为了更好地为用户提供服务, 以免用户由于在免打扰 期间有重要的未接电话, 而给用户造成麻烦或损失等, 该方法还可以进一 步包括:
对为移动终端自身进行的语音寻呼且不作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的 来电时间信息进行记录和提示。
下面结合实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的描述。
本实施例中, 移动终端的制式为码分多址 ( CDMA , Code Division Multiple Access )。
首先介绍一下在 CDMA制式下, 现有技术中正常的语音来电、 应答、 通话、 挂断信令处理流程, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 401 : 移动终端待机, 基站向移动终端发送通用寻呼消息(General Page Message );
步驟 402: 移动终端收到 General Page Message后, 向基站发送寻呼响 应消息 ( Page Response Message );
步驟 403 : 基站收到 Page Response Message后, 向移动终端发送基站 应答命令 ( Base Station Acknowledgement Order ), 之后执行步骤 404;
这里, 步驟 401〜403为寻呼及寻呼响应过程。
步骤 404~405: 基站向移动终端发送信道指派( Channel Assignment )消 息; 之后向移动终端发送基站应答命令 ( Base Station Acknowledgement Order ) ;
步驟 406: 移动终端收到命令和消息后, 向基站发送移动台应答命令 ( Mobile Station Acknowledge Order ) ;
这里, 步骤 404〜406为基站与移动终端之间的业务信道 ( Traffic
Channel )建立过程。
步驟 407:基站收到 Mobile Station Acknowledge Order后, 向移动终端发 送业务连接消息 ( Service Connect Message ) ;
步驟 408: 移动终端收到 Service Connect Message后, 向基站发送业务连 接完成消息 ( Service Connect Complete Message ) ;
这里, 步驟 407〜408为基站与移动终端之间的业务连接过程, 该过程需 要占用已建立的 Traffic ChanneL
步骤 409: 基站收到 Service Connect Complete Message后, 向移动终端 发送振铃消息 ( Alert with Information Message ) ;
步骤 410: 移动终端收到 Alert with Information Message后, 向基站发送
Mobile Station Acknowledge Order;
步驟 411 :基站收到 Mobile Station Acknowledge Order后,移动终端进行 振铃操作, 之后执行步骤 412;
这里, 步驟 409~411为基站与移动终端之间的振铃指示及确认已经开始 振铃的过程, 该过程需要占用已建立的 Traffic Channel。 步驟 412 : 在振铃期间, 用户摘机时, 移动终端向基站发送连接命令 ( Connect Order ) , 告诉基站, 用户已摘机应答来电;
步驟 413 : 基站收到 Connect Order后, 向移动终端发送 Base Station Acknowledgement Order;
步驟 414: 移动终端收到 Base Station Acknowledgement Order后, 与基 站进行通话过程, 之后执行步驟 415;
这里, 步驟 412~414为振铃期间, 移动终端应答来电, 进入通话过程。 步驟 415:通话结束后,移动终端向基站发送释放命令(Release Order ) ; 的释放命令。
步驟 416: 基站收到 Release Order后, 向移动终端发送 Release Order。 送的释放命令。
这里, 步驟 415~416的过程为通话结束, 拆除 Traffic Channel的过程。 相应的, 基于图 4描述的通话信令处理流程, 现有技术实现语音拒接 的信令流程如图 5所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 501: 移动终端待机, 基站向移动终端发送 General Page Message; 步驟 502: 移动终端收到 General Page Message后, 向基站发送 Page
Response Message;
步驟 503 : 基站收到 Page Response Message后, 向移动终端发送 Base
Station Acknowledgement Order , 之后执行步骤 504;
这里, 步驟 501~503为寻呼及寻呼响应过程。
步驟 504~505: 基站向移动终端发送 Channel Assignment消息; 之后向 移动终端发送 Base Station Acknowledgement Order;
步驟 506 : 移动终端收到命令和消息后, 向基站发送 Mobile Station Acknowledge Order;
这里, 步驟 504~506为基站与移动终端之间的 Traffic Channel建立过程。 步驟 507:基站收到 Mobile Station Acknowledge Order后, 向移动终端发 送 Service Connect Message;
步驟 508: 移动终端收到 Service Connect Message后, 向基站发送 Service
Connect Complete Message;
这里, 步驟 507~508为基站与移动终端之间的业务连接过程, 该过程需 要占用已建立的 Traffic ChanneL
步驟 509: 基站收到 Service Connect Complete Message后, 向移动终端 Alert with Information Message;
步驟 510:移动终端收到 Alert with Information Message后,拒绝接听后, 向基站发送 Release Order; 的释放命令。
步驟 511 : 基站收到 Release Order后, 向移动终端发送 Release Order。 送的释放命令。
这里, 步驟 506~511的过程需要占用已建立的 Traffic channeL
从上面的描述中可以看出, 在 CDMA制式下, 拒接来电时, 移动终端 不应答来电, 且不播放振铃音, 而是直接向网络发送释放链路的消息。 因 此, 在 CDMA制式下, 现有技术实现拒接来电的实质是: 移动终端先对来 电进行响应, 与网络之间进行一系列的交互, 建立相应的业务信道和业务 连接, 之后移动终端再主动拆除链路, 从而完成来电拒接操作, 如此, 会 造成网络资源的浪费。 另外, 进行拒接操作时, 需要打开移动终端的发射 机, 如此, 移动终端的功耗会增大, 从而减小了移动终端的待机时间。 而本实施例实现免打扰的方法, 如图 6所示, 包括以下步驟: 步驟 600: 在移动终端中增设免打扰工作模式, 并在需要进行免打扰业 务时, 开启免打扰工作模式, 之后执行步驟 601 ;
这里, 所述开启免打扰工作模式, 具体为:
用户手动设置免打扰工作模式开启; 或者,
移动终端根据保存的日程表, 自动开启免打扰工作模式。
步驟 601 : 移动终端收到寻呼消息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身 进行的寻呼, 如果是, 则执行步驟 602, 否则, 执行步驟 606;
具体地, 移动判断所述寻呼消息中携带的 IMSI与自身保存的 IMSI是 否匹配, 如果匹配, 则说明所述寻呼消息为对自身进行的寻呼, 如果不匹 配, 则说明所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的寻呼。
当确定所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的寻呼后, 移动终端不进行任何 操作, 直接结束当前的处理流程。
步驟 602:移动终端进一步判断所述寻呼消息是否为语音寻呼,如果是, 则执行步驟 603 , 否则, 执行步驟 605;
具体地, 移动终端判断所述寻呼消息中携带的 service— option参数是否 为语音业务, 如果是, 则说明所述寻呼消息为语音寻呼, 如果不是, 则说 明所述寻呼消息不为语音寻呼。 举个例子来说, CDMA语音业务常用的一 个业务类型值为 3 , 因此, 根据 service— option参数是否等于 3 , 即可判断出 是否是语音业务。
步驟 603 :移动终端对所述寻呼消息不作任何响应,之后执行步驟 604; 这里, 所述对所述寻呼消息不作任何响应就是指: 移动终端忽略收到 的所述寻呼消息。
步驟 604: 移动终端对所述寻呼消息的来电时间信息进行记录和提示, 之后执行步驟 606。 步驟 605: 移动终端对所述寻呼消息进行正常的其它寻呼业务的处理流 程操作, 之后执行步驟 606;
这里, 本步驟的具体实现为现有技术, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 606: 结束当前处理过程。
从上面的描述中可以看出, 本发明提供的技术方案, 由于是在收到寻 呼消息后, 就立刻进行来电拒接处理, 没有在移动终端与网络之间建立业 务信道, 没有增加网络侧额外的开销, 从而减少了终端对网络资源的不必 要的占用, 节省了网络资源。 同时, 本发明中, 在免打扰工作模式下, 当 移动终端收到寻呼消息, 且确定所述寻呼消息为呼叫自身的语音寻呼后, 则直接忽略收到的寻呼消息, 这样, 移动终端就没必要打开发射机, 此时 的电流与待机电流相比, 几乎未发生变化, 这样, 在处理需要被拒接的语 音来电过程中, 不会增加移动终端的功耗, 如此, 能增加移动终端的待机 时间, 从而提升了用户体验。 并且, 由于移动终端的发射机未打开, 这样, 大大降低了移动终端产生的辐射, 进一步提升了用户体验, 尤其对于晚上 睡觉, 手机等移动终端处于待机状态且放置在用户头部附近的情况, 用户 体验更为突出。
另外, 采用本发明的技术方案, 主叫方感受不到自身的呼叫被对方拒 接, 而是认为可能由于被叫方处于网络覆盖盲区等原因, 网络找不到被叫 方。 主叫方会直接听到网络提示类似于 "您拨打的用户暂时无法接通" 的 信息, 不会听到回铃音或忙音等, 这样, 提升了主叫方的用户体验。
这里, 需要说明的是: 本发明的方法还可适用于全球移动通讯系统 ( GSM, Global System of Mobile communication )、宽带码分多址( WCDMA, Wideband Code Division Multiple Access )等其它无线制式的移动终端。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提供了一种实现免打扰的移动终端, 如图 7 所示, 该移动终端包括: 开启模块 71、 以及语音来电拒接模块 72; 其中, 开启模块 71 , 用于在需要进行免打扰业务时, 开启移动终端的免打扰 工作模式, 并触发语音来电拒接模块 72;
语音来电拒接模块 72, 用于收到开启模块 71的触发信息, 且收到寻呼 消息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身所在的移动终端进行的语音寻呼, 确定是后, 不对所述寻呼消息作任何响应。
其中, 该移动终端还可以进一步包括: 常规操作处理模块 73 , 用于收 到语音来电拒接模块 72的通知后, 对所述寻呼消息进行相应的寻呼类型的 处理流程操作;
所述语音来电拒接模块 72, 还用于确定所述寻呼消息为对自身所在的 移动终端进行的非语音寻呼后, 通知常规操作处理模块 73。
该移动终端还可以进一步包括: 免打扰工作模式指示模块, 用于向用 户指示当前的工作模式为免打扰工作模式。 其中, 指示的方式可以通过图 标、 声音、 菜单或指示灯等方式实现。
该移动终端还可以进一步包括: 来电拒接提示模块, 用于对为移动终 端自身进行的语音寻呼且不作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的来电时间信息进 行 i己录和提示。
这里, 本发明所述移动终端中的语音来电拒接模块的具体处理过程已 在上文中评述, 不再赘述。
需要说明的是: 由于本发明提供的移动终端, 同时也具备普通终端的 功能, 因此, 本发明的移动终端还包含普通终端都需要有的一些模块, 比 如: 呼叫处理模块、 系统调度模块、 用户界面模块、 空口协议栈模块等。 这些通用模块不属于本发明的内容, 在此不做详细描述。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现免打扰的方法, 其中, 该方法包括:
需要进行免打扰业务时, 移动终端开启自身增设的免打扰工作模式; 移动终端收到寻呼消息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的语 音寻呼, 确定所述寻呼消息为对自身进行的语音寻呼后, 不对所述寻呼消 息作任何响应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述判断所述寻呼消息是否为 对自身进行的语音寻呼, 为:
判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身进行的寻呼, 如果为对自身进行的寻 呼, 则进一步判断所述寻呼消息是否为语音寻呼, 如果为语音寻呼, 则说 明所述寻呼消息为对自身进行的语音寻呼, 如果不为语音寻呼, 则说明所 述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的语音寻呼。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述判断所述寻呼消息是否为 对自身进行的寻呼, 为:
判断所述寻呼消息中携带的国际移动用户识别码 (IMSI ) 与自身保存 的 IMSI是否匹配, 如果匹配, 则说明所述寻呼消息为对自身进行的寻呼, 如果不匹配, 则说明所述寻呼消息不为对自身进行的寻呼。

移动终端收到用户的开启命令后, 开启免打扰工作模式; 或者, 移动终端根据保存的日程表, 开启免打扰工作模式。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其中, 开启自身增设的免 打扰工作模式后, 该方法进一步包括:
向用户指示当前的工作模式为免打扰工作模式。
8、根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法,其中, 该方法进一步包括: 对为移动终端自身进行的语音寻呼且不作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的 来电时间信息进行记录和提示。
9、 一种实现免打扰的移动终端, 其中, 该移动终端包括: 开启模块、 以及语音来电拒接模块; 其中,
开启模块, 设置为需要进行免打扰业务时, 开启移动终端增设的免打 扰工作模式, 并触发语音来电拒接模块;
语音来电拒接模块, 设置为收到开启模块的触发信息, 且收到寻呼消 息后, 判断所述寻呼消息是否为对自身所在的移动终端进行的语音寻呼, 确定是对自身所在的移动终端进行的语音寻呼后, 不对所述寻呼消息作任 何响应。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其中, 该移动终端进一步包括: 常规操作处理模块, 设置为收到语音来电拒接模块的通知后, 对所述寻呼 消息进行相应的寻呼类型的处理流程操作;
所述语音来电拒接模块, 还设置为确定所述寻呼消息为对自身所在的 移动终端进行的非语音寻呼后, 通知常规操作处理模块。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的移动终端, 其中, 该移动终端进一步 包括: 免打扰工作模式指示模块, 设置为向用户指示当前的工作模式为免 打扰工作模式。
12、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的移动终端, 其中, 该移动终端进一步 包括: 来电拒接提示模块, 设置为对为移动终端自身进行的语音寻呼且不 作任何响应的所述寻呼消息的来电时间信息进行记录和提示。
