Definitions
- connection element for a Keiltaschenmodulgerüstsystem according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the connection elements according to the present invention are designed to be received in corresponding wedge pockets.
- the individual connection element is wedge-shaped, wherein the wedge next to the lateral surfaces has a front wedge surface and a rear wedge surface, which are specifically designed according to the invention.
- Keet pocket module scaffolding systems have been part of the state of the art for years and are used as scaffolding or as industrial scaffolding. Due to the advantageous properties of the key pocket module framework system is a very economical modular scaffold system, which also also meets the highest safety requirements and also new application areas, such as truss structures allows.
- a generic Keiltaschenmodulgerüstsystem example from EP 0622504 B1 and is particularly characterized in that are formed on the vertical uprights at the skeleton node key pockets, in which engage the connection elements of the horizontal bar via correspondingly formed wedges and so give a positive and resilient connection.
- a truss modular scaffold system emerges, which is based on the wedge bag module scaffolding system and whose special feature is that the wedges are held in the wedge pockets by additional securing means.
- recesses are provided in the wedges and wedge pockets through which the securing means in the form of bolts, pins, cotter pins or screws are passed and the wedges are secured in the key pockets against unintentional withdrawal.
- connection element for a Keiltaschenmodulgerüstsystem, wherein the connection elements are designed for receiving in key pockets and the connection element has a wedge with a front wedge surface and a rear wedge surface.
- the solution is characterized in that the front wedge surface is concave and the rear wedge surface is convex, and thus the wedge surfaces of the wedge contact the corresponding surfaces of the wedge pocket only at points in contact areas.
- the invention is thus based on the concept of not resting over the entire surface of the wedge flanks on the surface of the corresponding wedge pockets, but limiting the surfaces in contact to point contact areas. As a result, the frictional and wedging effect of the connection between wedge and wedge pocket is increased.
- the present invention solves the desire to improve the positive and non-positive wedge connection by an additional non-positive component.
- the invention is advantageously further developed in that the concave front wedge surface of the wedge touch only two contact areas and the convex rear wedge surface of the wedge in only one contact area, the respective corresponding surfaces of the wedge pocket. This results in a three-point support between wedge and wedge pocket, which leads to high forces in the contact areas. This in turn results in a high wedge effect, which increases the security against unintentional release of the connection.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention results from the fact that at least one of the contact regions is formed with a surface having increased coefficients of friction.
- only the contact region of the convex rear wedge surface is formed with increased coefficients of friction.
- the increased coefficients of friction are advantageously formed in a simple embodiment by a roughened surface, but are alternatively ausgargbar by a toothing of the contact areas.
- the toothing is particularly advantageous to design the toothing as a saw toothing.
- This advantageous embodiment is configured in a special way by a preferred embodiment of the wedge with a length of 160 mm and a width of 65 mm.
- a particular advantage of the solution according to the invention is that an improvement of the wedge connection can be formed by the three-point support.
- the scaffolding elements are thus higher load capacity even in the unsecured state and a game of wedge and wedge pocket is avoided.
- Optimizing wedge geometry, material properties, and wedge-pocket material combination meets all key performance characteristics, such as stiffness and load-bearing capabilities in the new wedge-pocket knot, and leads to improvements over prior art solutions.
- connection element cross section of a connection element
- Fig. 4 cutout with sawtooth profile
- FIG. 1 shows a skeleton node 10 of a wedge pocket module framework system in plan view.
- the stator tube 14 only shown in the approach and unspecified key pockets are arranged, in which the horizontal bar 1 1 are introduced with the wedge 1 and are securely locked due to the optimized geometry.
- the diagonal struts 13 are laterally connected in plan view on both sides of the horizontal bar 1 1 with the key pockets and stiff the levels of the horizontal bar 1 1 and the stator tube 14.
- the diagonal bars 12 stiffen the framework system spatially and are connected to the framework node 10 with these via the key pockets.
- FIG. 2 shows a wedge-shaped connection element as an advantageous embodiment of the invention.
- the wedge 1 is determined by its wedge flanks substantially in shape.
- the wedge flanks are provided with wedge surfaces shown in section in the side view, of which the front wedge surface 2 is concave and the rear wedge surface 3 is convex.
- the concave front wedge surface 2 is deviating from the vertical baseline in a radius of 6,400 mm concave. At the ends of the front wedge surface 2 there are thus two contact areas 9, which are in contact with the corresponding surfaces of the wedge pocket in which the wedge 1 is inserted.
- the key pockets are flat and straight with the corresponding surfaces, so that a total of only a few, but at least on the concave side two and on the convex side result in a contact point.
- the other wedge flank is formed by the rear convex wedge surface 3, which is formed with a radius of 3,400 mm and thus slightly more curved than the concave front wedge surface second
- the contact region 9, the concave front wedge surface 2, is shown greatly enlarged in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- FIG. 3 shows a section AB through the wedge 1 from FIG. 1, which shows the recess formed through the oblong hole 4.
- the geometry of the saw teeth 6 is formed by the formation of the tooth tip 7 with a radius of 0, 1 mm and the formation of the tooth base 8 with a radius of 0.4 mm.
- the wedge-shaped design of the connecting element is particularly advantageously optimized by the choice of material combination in that for the wedge 1 a steel S700MC and for the key pocket a steel S355MC is selected.
- the wedge 1 has in the embodiment shown by way of example a wedge length at the vertical edge of 160 mm and at the wedge tip a width of 26 mm, and at the wedge base a width of 65 mm.
- the contact region 9 on the convex wedge surface 3 is slightly off-centered at a height of 79 mm, measured from the wedge base.
