Abstract
Selon l'invention, les tubercules (1) concernés, par exemple des pommes de terre, après une sélection, un lavage et une préparation, sont introduits dans une chambre (2) climatisée, à une température comprise entre 0 et 14 ºC, et sont soumis à un mouvement par rotation sur eux-mêmes. Des produits d'origine biologique déterminés pouvant générer des terpènes sont introduits dans un réceptacle (6) complémentaire de ladite chambre (2). De l'air prélevé de l'extérieur est amené pour circuler dans ledit réceptacle (6), ce dernier étant également climatisé pour maintenir une température intérieure comprise entre 14 et 30 ºC. Les terpènes générés par les produits (8) d'origine biologique créent dans la chambre principale (2) une atmosphère saturée par ceux-ci, ce qui permet, après une période d'environ 30 jours, d'obtenir des tubercules (1) aromatisés et parfumés.
