Description
本发明涉及一种大米制造设备,尤其涉及到一种大米抛光辊装置。
大米的加工过程中,抛光是一道必不可少的工序,现有大米加工设备中抛光辊筒是抛光工序中的关键部件,市场上一般采用的辊筒有铁辊、毛刷和胶辊,其加工出来的大米均不太理想:碎米多,含糠粉多,外观粗糙等。在CN
201124097Y专利文献中提到一种大米抛光辊,其技术方案是:一种大米抛光辊,包括辊筒体、凸筋,凸筋沿轴向布置在辊筒体外圆周上,其特征在于:沿辊筒体外圆周以轴线方向为中心螺旋均布2~6根螺旋凸筋,螺旋凸筋的后端与凸筋前端连接。而且凸筋与螺旋凸筋的横截面形状由一段为辊筒体的外圆切线段、与辊筒体外圆垂直的直线段及凸筋宽度线段所围成。而且通风喷水槽设置在凸筋以及螺旋凸筋的内侧,其横截面呈宽度为18mm的矩形。而且辊筒体、凸筋以及螺旋凸筋为整体成形结构。其不足之处在于:这种抛光辊上的凸筋在翻转时产生的压力较大,且在某个区域产生过压时,压力很难缓解,从而易碎米情况发生。
本发明目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构科学简单、抛光效果好且不易碎米的一种柔和型大米抛光辊。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:本发明主要包括有抛光辊筒体、通风喷水槽;其要点在于:在抛光辊筒体上按一定方式布设有抛光凸体,所述的抛光凸体为1/4球体状,且抛光凸体的球面朝向抛光辊筒体滚动的方向一致;通风喷水槽设于抛光凸体后面。
本发明优点在于:抛光效果好且不易产生碎米现象。

现结合附图详述本发明具体实施方式,如图1、图2所示,本发明主要包括有抛光辊筒体1、通风喷水槽2;其特征在于:在抛光辊筒体1上按一定方式布设有抛光凸体3,所述的抛光凸体3为1/4球体状,抛光凸体3以焊接方式固定在抛光辊筒体1上,且抛光凸体3的球面朝向抛光辊筒体1滚动的方向一致,抛光凸体3在抛光辊筒体1上按一定方式布列,在图1中给出了一种布列方式,抛光凸体3沿轴向呈四列直线均布,也可以是螺旋状或其它方式排列;由于本发明中抛光凸体3在抛光辊筒体1轴向呈一定方式列布,致使抛光辊筒体1在滚动时,在抛光室内可产生必要抛光压力,以利于大米在抛光室内的翻滚、摩擦,同时由于抛光凸体3与大米接触部分为球体,使得抛光压力更加柔和,在局部区域产生过高的压力可通过抛光凸体3球面本身及抛光凸体3之间的间隙得以缓解,从而可大大减少在抛光过程中碎米现象的发生。
通风喷水槽2设于抛光凸体3后面,通风喷水槽2用来向抛光室中的大米中喷洒清水或营养液体,一方面将大米中的糠粉吹了,一方面将营养液或香料附着在大米表面,以提高其品象。
Claims (2)
- 一种柔和型大米抛光辊,主要包括有抛光辊筒体(1)、通风喷水槽(2);其特征在于:在抛光辊筒体(1)上按一定方式布设有抛光凸体(3),所述的抛光凸体(3)为1/4球体状,抛光凸体(3)以焊接方式固定在抛光辊筒体(1)上,呈点状排列分布;抛光凸体(3)的球面朝向与抛光辊筒体(1)滚动的方向一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种柔和型大米抛光辊,其特征在于:通风喷水槽(2)设于抛光凸体(3)后面。
