Each hole is combined with a ring made from a rigid material, such as metal, said rings being oval in the horizontal direction. The bag is made from a flexible material, such as a fabric. In addition, the bars are corrugated on the upper part thereof and are made from metal or plastic.

Description

CHARIOT POUR SUPERMARCHE ET SAC ASSOCIE  TROLLEY FOR SUPERMARKET AND ASSOCIATED BAG
The present invention relates to a cart for use in a place of sale self-service.
Known trolleys are designed so that customers have to take all the goods from the crate to the crate, then put them back in the trolley and empty it again to place the purchases in the trunk of their vehicle. wastes time and is tedious.
The user sometimes, in a known manner, places his own bags in the cart. However, these are arranged "loose" and are of different shapes and sizes, and close spontaneously.
The invention aims to remedy this situation and proposes a supermarket trolley that can be used with specific bags, allowing the user to avoid or reduce manipulation and store and sort his purchases conveniently, as soon as they are available. drop in the cart. The invention will be better understood in the light of the following description of illustrative but nonlimiting examples, based on the appended drawings in which:
Figure 1 shows in perspective the carriage of the invention without the bags.
La figure 2 montre un sac de l'invention Figure 2 shows a bag of the invention
Figure 3 shows the bag of Figure 2 in the folded state. Figure 4 shows the carriage of Figure 1 with several bags a baby seat.
En référence à la figure 1 , le chariot 1 comporte : With reference to FIG. 1, the carriage 1 comprises:
- A lower plate 2 comprising a substantially trapezoidal frame 3 and a platform 4 in the form of grid (dimensions and shapes complementary to the frame) for receiving packages or various objects; - Two substantially parallel spaced apart arches 5 and 6, of curved shape and whose lower end is fixed to the rear part of the frame 3, and each upper end of which is inverted U inverted downwards, to form a handle 7, 8. The hoops are alternatively (not shown) formed of two vertical bars whose free ends, opposite the frame, are bent to form the handles. In yet another variant, a vertical frame could be attached to the rear part of the frame 3, the upper part of the vertical frame forming a handle or being associated with one or two handles.
- Quatre roues ou galets 9 à 12 aux quatre coins du cadre 3 ;  - Four wheels or rollers 9 to 12 at the four corners of the frame 3;
- Deux transverses parallèles 13A et 13B reliant les parties hautes de chaque arceau 5, 6, sensiblement respectivement en dessous du niveau des poignées arquées 7 et 8 ;  - Two parallel transverse 13A and 13B connecting the upper parts of each arch 5, 6, substantially respectively below the level of the arcuate handles 7 and 8;
- Un crochet 14 prévu sur l'une des barres transversales 13A pour l'accrochage d'un sac ou autre ;  - A hook 14 provided on one of the transverse bars 13A for hanging a bag or other;
- Two horizontal bars 15 and 16 each fixed by a proximal end on the corresponding arch, cantilevered forward, and each distal end 17 and 18 is slightly bent upwards. The bars extend in the same horizontal plane and are spaced apart from each other in the space between the arches 5 and 6, at the location of the fixing of the bars on the arches.
The structure of the trolley can be plastic or metal.
To the carriage 1 is likely to be associated with at least one specific bag 19, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. Note that the bars 15 and 16 are not strictly parallel but are slightly convergent towards the front and the one to the other at an angle between 1 ° and 20 °. The bars thus follow an oblique direction relative to the longitudinal axis (front-rear) of the carriage towards the interior of the carriage. This arrangement of the bars 15 and 16 allows a bare carriage (without bag) to "fit" into another carriage to limit clutter. The embedding is also made possible by the fact that the grid platform 4 is mounted hinged at the front so that its rear portion rises under the effect of a spring (not shown).
The carriage is designed so that a free space is provided between the plane defined by the bars 15, 16 and the plane of the platform 4. Furthermore, the carriage has no wall or the like towards the front of the carriage beyond of the distal end of the bars, the front space thus being completely cleared. Preferably, the carriage does not further comprise any vertical side wall.
With reference to FIG. 2, the bag 19 according to the invention is made of a flexible and resistant material, such as fabric. The bag 19 forms, in the unfolded active position (FIG. 2), a parallelepipedal volume delimited by two main and parallel sidewalls 20, two parallel lateral flanks 22 and 23 and a bottom 24.
The upper part of each main flank 20 and 21 is provided with a rigid material strip 25 and 26, each strip being foldable along two fold lines 25A, 25B and 26A, 26B. Each band extends over the entire length (horizontal dimension in the standing position of the bag) of a main flank.
The bottom 24 of the bag comprises a strip of rigid material with fold lines 24A, 24B.
The bag is provided with two straps forming handles 27 and 28, fixed on the upper part of the main flanks 20 and 21, to allow the user to carry the bag when it is out of the carriage.
The bag 18 has round or oval holes 29, 30, 31 and 32 provided on each upper band 25 and 26. Each hole is associated with a rigid ring (metal or plastic) of round or oval shape. The bags are foldable flat (Figure 3), folding the upper bands and the bottom according to the fold lines.
With reference to Figure 4, the carriage is shown with a baby seat, on the one hand, and bags (such as bag 1 9 of Figure 2) on the other hand. On the carriage is preferably fixed, removably preferably a baby seat comprising a carrier structure 33 of metal or plastic, fixed on the two crosspieces 13A and 13B. The baby seat is cantilevered over the bars 15 and 16. A piece of polyurethane foam is attached to the bottom of the baby seat for comfort. A 5-point safety strap 34 is attached to the edges of the baby seat to secure the baby. The baby seat is optional.
The cart is used as follows.
The user unfolds several bags 19A, 19B, 19C and 19D to obtain bags according to Figure 2, and puts them following each other, on the two bars 15 and 16 horizontal cantilever (Figure 4) which passes through the rings of each bag.
The bags thus have an open face on top for filling, which is not impeded by the baby seat because it is disposed above the bars 15 and 16. The open face of the bags is very slightly above or below level of the plane of said bars 15 and 16.
The height of the bags is such that their bottom is disposed near the platform 4, or even slightly rests on the latter.
The upper part of the two horizontal bars 15 and 16 has a corrugated or fluted shape, so that each ring is positioned spontaneously on a trough of the corrugations or grooves, in order to stay in place and not to slide on the bars, and otherwise allowing the bags to stay open.
The distal and free ends 17 and 18 of the bars 15 and 16, opposite to the arches, are raised upwards of said bars 15 and 16 preventing the last bag from sliding off the bars.
The bags are intended to go to the crates equipped to scan all the content at the same time, if the products are equipped with a chip instead of a barcode. Products with barcode can be scanned by the customer, before being deposited in the bag, by an individual device barcode reader. The chip system can cooperate with an RFID type detection system.
The trolley with bag of the invention provides a change over the prior art, in that the items purchased can be distributed at the time of purchase in different bags and remain in said bags at the time of passage to the boxes. In addition, the bags are always open and easily accessible. The advantage of the invention is even greater when the supermarket is equipped with a suitable reading system of the contactless type such as a scanner or other.
The customer takes the bags after shopping on the cart to his vehicle.
