Claims (17)
- 電動モータと、平行軸間に変速比が異なる複数のギヤ列が設けられ、そのギヤ列のトルク伝達経路を切り換えることによって前記電動モータから出力される回転を複数段に変速する常時噛合い式の変速機と、その変速機から出力される動力を左右の車輪に分配するディファレンシャルギヤと、ローラおよびそのローラを保持する保持器を有し、その保持器の回転制御により係合、解除して前記変速機の各変速段毎のギヤを平行軸に対して締結、解除するギヤ列と同数の2ウェイローラクラッチと、その2ウェイローラクラッチの保持器の回転を制御して、2ウェイローラクラッチの係合、解除によりトルク伝達経路を切り換える変速切換アクチュエータとからなる車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記2ウェイローラクラッチが、平行軸とギヤとの間に組込まれて平行軸に回り止めされた内輪を有し、その内輪の外周とギヤの内周における一方に円筒面を形成し、他方にその円筒面との間で周方向の両端が狭小のくさび空間を形成するカム面を設け、そのカム面と円筒面間にローラを組込み、そのローラをギヤと内輪間に組込まれた保持器で保持し、前記カム面が形成された側の部材と保持器との間に、前記ローラが円筒面とカム面に対して係合解除された中立位置に保持器を弾性保持するスイッチばねを組込んだ構成からなる請求項1に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記変速切換アクチュエータが、保持器に回り止めされ、前記円筒面が形成された側の部材の一側面に向けて移動可能に設けられた摩擦板と、その摩擦板を円筒面が形成された部材から離反する係合解除位置に向けて付勢する弾性部材と、前記平行軸にスライド自在に支持され、前記円筒面が形成された部材に向けての移動により、その部材の一側面に摩擦板を押し付ける制御リングと、その制御リングの外周に回転自在に支持されたスリーブと、そのスリーブを円筒面が形成された部材に向けてシフトさせるシフト機構とからなる請求項1又は2に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記電動モータと変速切換アクチュエータの作動を制御する電子制御装置を設け、その電子制御装置が、変速切換指令を受けたときに、現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチの前記円筒面が形成された部材から摩擦板が離反するように変速切換アクチュエータを作動させ、このとき、現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチの前記円筒面が形成された部材から摩擦板が離反したか否かを判定し、前記摩擦板が離反したと判定した後に、前記電動モータのモータトルクを現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチが係合解除可能となる大きさに変化させる制御を行ない、この制御によって現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチを係合解除した後、次変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチを係合させる構成とされた請求項3に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記変速切換指令がシフトアップの変速切換指令であるとき、前記電動モータのモータトルクを現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチが係合解除可能となる大きさに変化させる前記制御として、前記電動モータを減速する制御を行なう請求項4に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記変速切換指令がシフトダウンの変速切換指令であるとき、前記電動モータのモータトルクを現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチが係合解除可能となる大きさに変化させる前記制御として、現変速段の2ウェイローラクラッチの出入力部材間で伝達されるトルクをゼロにする制御を行なう請求項4又は5に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記シフト機構が、前記平行軸に平行配置された軸方向に移動可能なシフトロッドと、そのシフトロッドを軸方向に移動させるアクチュエータと、前記シフトロッドに支持され、そのシフトロッドの軸方向の移動時に前記スリーブと共に制御リングを円筒面が形成された部材に向けて移動させるシフトフォークとからなる請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記カム面が形成された部材と一体に回転する回転部材を設け、前記摩擦板が摩擦係合解除位置まで移動した時、その摩擦板を回転部材に対して回転方向に係合させる係合手段を設けた請求項3乃至7のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御リングを隣接するギヤ列間に組込み、その制御リングの両側に一対の摩擦板を設け、一方の摩擦板を一方のギヤ列に組込まれた2ウェイローラクラッチの保持器に回り止めし、他方の摩擦板を他方のギヤ列に組込まれた2ウェイローラクラッチの保持器に回り止めして、1つの変速切換アクチュエータによって2つの2ウェイローラクラッチの締結、解除を制御し得るようにした請求項3乃至8のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記制御リングと前記スリーブ間に転がり軸受を組込み、前記2ウェイローラクラッチの締結、解除を制御する際に、前記転がり軸受を介して制御リングを軸方向に移動させるようにした請求項3乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記摩擦板と前記制御リングの対向面間に転がり軸受を組込んだ請求項3乃至10のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記シフト機構におけるアクチュエータがモータからなり、そのモータの回転をシフトロッドの軸方向への移動に変換する運動変換機構を設けた請求項7乃至11のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記運動変換機構が、前記シフトロッドを中心に回転自在に支持され、前記モータにより回転されるナット部材の内周に雌ねじを設け、その雌ねじをシフトロッドの外周に形成された雄ねじにねじ係合した構成からなる請求項12に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記シフト機構におけるアクチュエータが、シフトロッドに接続されたシリンダからなる請求項7乃至11のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 前記シフト機構におけるアクチュエータが、シフトロッドに接続されたソレノイドからなる請求項7乃至11のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置。
- 車両の前部に設けられた左右一対の前輪と後部に設けられた左右一対の後輪の少なくとも一方を請求項1乃至15のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置により駆動するようにした電気自動車。
- 車両の前部に設けられた左右一対の前輪と後部に設けられた左右一対の後輪の一方をエンジンで駆動し、他方を請求項1乃至15のいずれかの項に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置により駆動するようにしたハイブリッド自動車。
