Abstract
본 명세서는 다중 요소 반송파에 대한 시스템 정보 전송 및 수신 방법 및 장치와, 그를 이용한 시스템 정보 송수신/업데이트 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 명세서는, 적어도 하나 이상의 요소 반송파를 사용하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 시스템 정보를 송수신하기 위하여 시스템 정보가 변경된 제 1 요소 반송파의 SI 변경 알림 정보를 포함하는 SI 변경 알림 메시지 또는 상기 시스템 정보가 변경된 제 1 요소 반송파의 SI 유효성 검증 정보를 포함하는 SI 유효성 검증 메시지 중 어느 하나 이상을 기지국과 사용자 단말이 송수신하며, SI를 전송함에 있어 추가적인 신호량 증가나 전력소모는 발생하지 않으면서도, UE 전력소모량과 QoS간의 우선순위에 따라 시스템 정보의 전송방식을 결정하여 전송한다.
