1個の係合部材が前記第1環状溝及び前記第2環状溝の双方に係合することにより、前記インナ部材の前記駆動力伝達軸からの抜け止めがなされ、
前記貫通孔の前記テーパ状縮径部は、前記駆動力伝達軸が該貫通孔に通される際、前記駆動力伝達軸の前記第1環状溝に係合された前記係合部材が前記第1環状溝の底面に向かって収縮されるように案内するトリポート型等速ジョイントが提供される。
前記駆動力伝達軸の一端部を保持する工程と、
前記駆動力伝達軸の軸心と、前記貫通孔の中心との芯出しを行う工程と、
前記駆動力伝達軸の軸心と、前記貫通孔の中心との位相合わせを行う工程と、
前記トラニオンに前記ローラ部材が装着されるとともに、前記ローラ部材が前記トラック溝に摺動自在に挿入された状態の前記インナ部材が収容された前記アウタ部材を、前記駆動力伝達軸に対して相対的に変位させて前記インナ部材の前記貫通孔に前記駆動力伝達軸を嵌合する工程と、
を有し、
前記係合部材を、前記インナ部材の前記貫通孔の開口に形成されたテーパ状縮径部で案内して縮径させて前記貫通孔に挿入し、且つ該貫通孔の内壁に形成された第2環状溝に係合させる等速ジョイントの組立方法が提供される。
前記駆動力伝達軸の一端部を保持する軸保持機構と、
前記駆動力伝達軸の軸心と前記貫通孔の中心との芯出しを行うための芯出し機構と、
前記駆動力伝達軸と前記インナ部材の前記貫通孔との位相合わせを行うための回転機構と、
前記インナ部材が収容された前記アウタ部材を前記駆動力伝達軸に対して変位させるアウタ部材変位機構と、
を備える等速ジョイント組立装置が提供される。
Claims (4)
- 内壁にトラック溝(26a~26c)が形成されたアウタ部材(18)と、貫通孔(28)の内壁に形成された歯部(34)が駆動力伝達軸(12)の歯部(48)に噛合されるとともに、前記トラック溝(26a~26c)に指向して延在するトラニオン(32a~32c)が側壁に突出形成されたインナ部材(20)とを有するトリポート型等速ジョイント(16)において、
前記インナ部材(20)の前記貫通孔(28)は、開口から内部になるにつれてテーパ状に縮径するテーパ状縮径部(36)を有し、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の歯部(48)に第1環状溝(50)が形成されるとともに、前記貫通孔(28)の内壁に第2環状溝(52)が形成され、
1個の係合部材(54)が前記第1環状溝(50)及び前記第2環状溝(52)の双方に係合することにより、前記インナ部材(20)の前記駆動力伝達軸(12)からの抜け止めがなされ、
前記貫通孔(28)の前記テーパ状縮径部(36)は、前記駆動力伝達軸(12)が該貫通孔(28)に通される際、前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の前記第1環状溝(50)に係合された前記係合部材(54)が前記第1環状溝(50)の底面に向かって収縮されるように案内することを特徴とするトリポート型等速ジョイント(16)。 - 内壁にトラック溝(26a~26c)が形成されたアウタ部材(18)に収容され、且つ前記トラック溝(26a~26c)に摺動自在に挿入されたローラ部材(38a~38c)が装着されたトラニオン(32a~32c)を側壁に有するインナ部材(20)の貫通孔(28)に対し、第1環状溝(50)に係合部材(54)が係合された駆動力伝達軸(12)を嵌合することでトリポート型等速ジョイント(16)を構成する等速ジョイントの組立方法であって、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の一端部を保持する工程と、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の軸心と、前記貫通孔(28)の中心との芯出しを行う工程と、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の軸心と、前記貫通孔(28)の中心との位相合わせを行う工程と、
前記トラニオン(32a~32c)に前記ローラ部材(38a~38c)が装着されるとともに、前記ローラ部材(38a~38c)が前記トラック溝(26a~26c)に摺動自在に挿入された状態の前記インナ部材(20)が収容された前記アウタ部材(18)を、前記駆動力伝達軸(12)に対して相対的に変位させて前記インナ部材(20)の前記貫通孔(28)に前記駆動力伝達軸(12)を嵌合する工程と、
を有し、
前記係合部材(54)を、前記インナ部材(20)の前記貫通孔(28)の開口に形成されたテーパ状縮径部(36)で案内して縮径させて前記貫通孔(28)に挿入し、且つ該貫通孔(28)の内壁に形成された第2環状溝(52)に係合させることを特徴とする等速ジョイントの組立方法。 - 内壁にトラック溝(26a~26c)が形成されたアウタ部材(18)に収容され、且つ前記トラック溝(26a~26c)に摺動自在に挿入されたローラ部材(38a~38c)が装着されたトラニオン(32a~32c)を側壁に有するインナ部材(20)の貫通孔(28)に対し、環状溝(50)に係合部材(54)が係合された駆動力伝達軸(12)を嵌合することでトリポート型等速ジョイント(16)を構成する等速ジョイント組立装置(60)であって、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の一端部を保持する軸保持機構(78)と、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)の軸心と前記貫通孔(28)の中心との芯出しを行うための芯出し機構(70)と、
前記駆動力伝達軸(12)と前記インナ部材(20)の前記貫通孔(28)との位相合わせを行うための回転機構(83)と、
前記インナ部材(20)が収容された前記アウタ部材(18)を前記駆動力伝達軸(12)に対して変位させるアウタ部材変位機構(82)と、
を備えることを特徴とする等速ジョイント組立装置(60)。 - 請求項3記載の装置(60)において、さらに、前記駆動力伝達軸(12)に予め装着された継手用ブーツ(56)を把持するブーツ把持機構(72)を備え、
前記ブーツ把持機構(72)は、前記インナ部材(20)の前記貫通孔(28)に前記駆動力伝達軸(12)が嵌合されたときに前記アウタ部材(18)に装着された前記継手用ブーツ(56)を、前記アウタ部材(18)から一旦離脱させた後、再装着を行うことを特徴とする等速ジョイント組立装置(60)。
