Abstract

検査者や検査方法による誤差のバラツキを考慮することで、き裂進展予測精度の向上を図る。試験体に発生したき裂長さを複数の検査者または/及び複数の検査方法により測定し、該測定によって得られたデータと実際のき裂の状態との相関情報を求める相関情報作成工程と、被検査体の検査時において検査者によって測定されたき裂長さと前記相関情報とに基づいて、前記被検査体に発生した実際のき裂長さを推定するき裂長さ推定工程と、き裂長さ推定工程で推定したき裂長さを起点とする前記被検査体におけるき裂進展曲線を推定するき裂進展曲線推定工程とを含むき裂進展予測方法を提供する。
