Abstract
内皮前駆細胞(EPC)の増殖効率や内皮細胞への分化効率がより高く、より安全でより低コストな、EPCの増殖・分化方法を提供するものである。プロスタサイクリン又はプロスタサイクリンアナログ、及び、ヘパリン存在下で、内皮前駆細胞(EPC)をインビトロ培養することにより、EPCの増殖効率を向上させると共に、内皮細胞への分化効率を向上させることが可能となった。この知見を利用することにより、上記課題を解決することができる。
