Abstract

A single-lens reflex camera that is a digital photographic device comprises a lens tube and a camera body. The camera body includes a movable half mirror movable between an entry position in which the movable half mirror is in an optical path and reflects and transmits a subject light flux which has passed through a photographic lens and a retreat position, a screen for forming a subject image from the subject light flux from the photographic lens, and a fixed half mirror for reflecting and transmitting the subject light flux reflected by the movable half mirror. The fixed half mirror is disposed between the movable half mirror and the screen. With the camera, it is possible to view the subject image through an optical finder and view the subject image displayed in live view through an image pickup device without a switching operation, and also quickly measure distances.
