Abstract

 スループットを向上するMIMO通信方法、MIMO送信装置およびMIMO受信装置。MIMO通信装置(100)では、過剰品質判定部(145)が、推定受信品質が最大の送信ウェイト候補について、推定受信品質の最大値に対応する最大次数変調方式と同じ変調方式に対応する推定受信品質のうちの最小値と、第1のしきい値Th1との差を求めることで受信品質過剰量を算出するとともに、推定受信品質の最小値と、第2のしきい値Th2との差を求めることで受信品質不足量を算出し、ウェイト決定部(150)が、受信品質過剰量が受信品質不足量より大きいとき、全ての送信ウェイト候補について受信品質過剰量及び受信品質不足量を算出するとともに、複数の送信ウェイト候補のうち受信品質過剰量がプラスであり且つ受信品質不足量がマイナスである送信ウェイト候補から使用送信ウェイトを選択する。
