Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the recycling of agricultural and urban plastics. The inventive method comprises the following steps: (1) the plastics are classified, screened and blow cleaned, without requiring the use of water, thereby eliminating pollutant discharges; (2) the plastics are conveyed to a grinding machine; (3) the ground plastics are transferred into a rotary autoclave for heating and are subsequently poured onto a volumetric scale from where they are conveyed to a hydraulic press in which the moulds are subjected to heat and pressure; and (4) once the desired density has been obtained, the plates are released and stored. The invention is characterised in that said method can be used to create a product using different types of plastics without said plastics having to be pre-washed with water, but simply dry cleaned using a screen and an air-injection system which, by means of rapping, eliminates a large part of the dirt associated with plastics.
