Abstract
Los plásticos son clasificados pasando a las cribas y soplado para su limpieza sin necesidad de emplear agua en su lavado garantizando de este modo evitar vertidos contaminantes. Los plásticos pasan a la trituradora. Los plásticos, una vez triturados, pasan a una autoclave giratoria donde perciben calor. Después son vertidos a una báscula volumétrica de la que se pasa a una prensa hidráulica en la que los moldes se someten a presión y calor. Una vez conseguida la densidad deseada, las placas son liberadas y almacenadas. La principal característica e innovación de este proceso es crear un producto utilizando distintos tipos de plásticos sin necesidad de lavarlos previamente con agua pero sí sometidos a una limpieza en seco a través de una criba y un sistema de inyección de aire que mediante sacudidas elimina gran parte de la suciedad que acompaña a los plásticos.Plastics are classified by passing the sieves and blown for cleaning without the need to use water in their washing, thus avoiding polluting spills.
