Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zur Härtung von ungesättigten Fettstoffen in Gegenwart von Übergangsmetallkatalysatoren, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass man die Absättigung der Doppelbindungen bei Drücken im Bereich von 100 bis 300 bar durchführt.
