Nueva disposición lineal de adhesivo de contacto de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización que consiste en la incorporación sobre el reverso de una lámina (3) de papel siliconado, parafinado o similar de un cordón (4) de grosor determinado, incorporándose la lámina (3) junto con el cordón (4) sobre un soporte o mandril (2) configurando la nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos (1).

NUEVA DISPOSICIÓN LINEAL DE ADHESIVOS DE CONTACTO DE APLICACIÓN MULTIUSO Y CON POSIBILIDAD DE REUTILIZACION
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a una solicitud de patente de invención relativa a una nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contacto de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización cuya evidente finalidad estriba en configurarse como un adhesivo presentado y distribuido sobre un soporte laminar, con capacidad de ser enrolládo, formando un rollo tal y como puede ser de papel silicona- do, que presenta en la zona central de su reverso una línea o banda de adhesivo o cola de contacto capacitado para ser reutilizado, que permite su utilización en múltiples aplicaciones, tal y como puede ser para la unión o fijado de azule- jos, cristales, maderas y plásticos sobre una superficie plana, pudiendo también ser empleado para la fijación de diferentes objetos tridimensionales o bien para la unión de piezas o elementos entre sí, contando con la posibilidad esencial de permitir con posterioridad a su unión una separa- ción ulterior, y estando capacitado igualmente para ser empleado en operaciones de encuademación, fijando láminas de papel sobre cubiertas, etc., etc.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Esta invención tiene su aplicación dentro de la industria dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de productos adhesivos.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN Como se sabe hasta el momento actual, los adhesivos de contacto de carácter reutilizable son utilizados en procesos industriales en los cuales se realiza la confección de etiquetas adhesivas sobre láminas de papel o material plástico, pudiendo también ser utilizados como nexos de cierre de sobres y bolsas adhesivas, fijación de compresas sanitarias o para la realización y configuración de carpetas adhesivas para encuademación.
En todos los casos citados anteriormente, se requiere de forma inexcusable el empleo de máquinas industriales que permiten en primer lugar la aplicación del producto adhesivo sobre los sustratos laminares de papel o plástico, o bien sobre tejidos o cartulinas, limitando conse- cuentemente el uso del producto adhesivo de contacto reutilizable única y e clusivamente a los casos que la industria considera conveniente, teniendo sin embargo un sector sustan- cialmente más amplio de aplicación del producto en cuestión y sobre todo permitiendo contar con la posibilidad de utili- zar el producto en múltiples ocasiones en las cuales la imaginación del propio usuario pueda considerar oportuno su empleo.
Sin embargo por parte del solicitante no se tiene conocimiento de la existencia en la actualidad de una invención que esté dotada de las características de permitir la utilización de un adhesivo de contacto con carácter reutilizable de aplicación multiuso y que al mismo tiempo pueda ser presentado y distribuido en un rollo configurado a partir de un cuerpo laminar de cualquier tipo, preferente ente sobre un papel siliconado o similar.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contac- to de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización que la invención propone, constituye en sí misma una evidente novedad dentro de su campo de aplicación, que cuenta al mismo tiempo con todas las características señaladas como idóneas.
De forma más concreta, la nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contacto de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización objeto de la invención se configura a partir de una lámina de papel siliconado, parafinado o similar, de longitud y anchura variable, sobre la cual y en una de sus caras, concretamente en la cara que será utilizada como reverso se incorpora una línea de adhesivo de contacto de carácter r eut il izable , que se presenta laminada como un cordón de ancho y grosor determinado sobre la propia lámina constitutiva del rollo en el cual se presentará y distribuirá, realizándose posteriormente el paulatino enrollado de la lámina en actuaciones adecuadas, pudiéndose utilizar como soporte un mandril de cartón o de plástico.
La banda de cola o adhesivo de contacto reutiliza- ble puede ser utilizada para ser fijada sobre cualquier superficie lisa, carente de polvo y grasa, facilitando la posterior unión de otro elemento entre sí o a otra superficie dejando los objetos unidos adecuadamente y contando con la posibilidad particular de permitir su separación ulterior cuando el usuario requiera la separación de forma voluntaria, superando consecuentemente las dificultades de la unión.
Obviamente el uso de la invención es muy simple y presenta la posibilidad dimanada del producto adhesivo reutilizable que no se cristaliza, de corregir ulteriormente los errores que puedan haberse realizado en las operaciones de unión o fijación facilitando la separación de las superfi- cies u objetos unidos, contando con la dificultad de separa- ción directamente proporcional a las superficies unidas.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, una hoja de planos en la cual con carácter ilustrativo, y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura número 1. - Muestra una vista en perspectiva del objeto de la invención presentado en rollo, configurando la nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contacto -_ e aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización.
La figura número 2.- Corresponde a una representación gráfica de una posible aplicación del objeto de la invención distribuido tal y como se muestra en el objeto representado en la figura número 1.
La figura número 3.- Muestra nuevamente una posibilidad de aplicación del objeto de la invención distribuido tal y como se muestra en la figura número 1.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de la figura número ] puede observarse cómo la nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contacto de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutilización que se preconiza está constituida a partir de la incorporación paulatina de un cordón (A) de adhesivo r euti 1 i zable , con el carácter propio de no cristalizar y consecuentemente de no endurecerse, que se sitúa sobre la cara posterior o reverso de una lámina (3) de papel siliconado, parafinado o similar que actúa como vehículo portador y que permite su paulatino enrollado en diferentes anchos y longitudes sobre un mandril o soporte (2), configurando consecuentemente la nueva disposición lineal objeto de la invención (1).
Siguiendo la figura número 2 puede observarse cómo el cordón de adhesivo (A) aplicado sobre una superficie (10), queda situado sobre la misma, previa limpieza y desengrasado, permitiendo la retirada de la porción laminar (3) previamente di ensionada , quedando el cordón de adhesivo (A) fijado sobre la superficie (10), posicionado de forma apropiada para que tal y como se muestra en la figura número 3 , un azulejo, revestimiento o similar (20) quede posicionado a la superficie (10) con la colaboración del cordón de adhe- sivo reutilizable (A).
Tal y como se ha dicho en la descripción de la invención, si el usuario comprobara anomalías en la fijación de los elementos a fijar (20), debido al carácter no crista- lizable del producto adhesivo utilizado para la configuración del cordón (A), el elemento laminar (20) puede ser movilizado y acoplado nuevamente quedando debidamente situado.
Obviamente tal y como se ha citado en la descrip- ción de la invención la aplicación del cordón laminar (A) es de múltiples posibilidades.
No se considera necesario hacer más extensa esta descripción para que cualquier experto en la materia compren- da el alcance de la invención y las ventajas que de la misma se derivan.
Los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos serán susceptibles de variación siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración a la esencialidad del invento.
Los términos en que se ha descrito esta memoria deberán ser tomados siempre con carácter amplio y no limitativo.

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Nueva disposición lineal de adhesivos de contacto de aplicación multiuso y con posibilidad de reutiliza- ción, caracterizado por estar constituido a partir de una lámina (3) de papel siliconado, parafinado o similar, de anchura y longitud variable, sobre la cual y en la cara constitutiva del reverso o cara inferior del elemento laminar (3) se incorpora un cordón (A) de un producto adhesivo de contacto de carácter no cristal izable , realizándose la fijación paulatina por enrollado de la lámina (3) sobre un mandril o soporte ( 2) .
