- the movable cutting arm of the scissors can be formed in one piece with the associated jaws of the jaw crusher, whereby a very robust, not susceptible to failure is achieved.
- the opening of the scissors can be approximately transverse to the opening of the pliers, which has the advantage that when the scissors are pivoted in the working direction, the pliers do not hinder the gripping or cutting movement. The same also applies to the concrete crushing tongs in relation to the cutting shears, since the cutting shears are pivoted out of the working area when the concrete crushing tongs are in the working position.

- a pickup 27 for material to be cut is provided at the outermost end of the cutting arm 17 at the outer end of the cutting edge 18, which protrudes beyond the cutting arm 17 in the direction of the other cutting arm 19 , wherein the foremost edge of the pickup 27 is connected to the cutting edge 18 via an inclined surface which, when the scissors are closed, deflects the material to be cut lying against the front end of the pickup 27 to the rear.
- the movements of the jaws 8, 9 are controlled by stops, one of the jaws, in the present case an elongated circular hole 23, which is penetrated by a stop pin 22, the ends of the elongated hole limiting the movement of the jaw 9.
- the jaw 8, however, has a stop lug 24, which in the open state on a stop 26 and in closed state abuts a stop 25.
- the limit stop of the jaws 8, 9 is provided because the hydraulic piston / cylinder unit 12, 13, 14 is freely suspended between the two jaws, so that the stops have the effect that the jaws 8, 10 are in the open position as well as in the closed position. 9 are always in the same mutual position.

- the cylinder space lying behind the piston 13 and penetrated by the piston rod 24 is pressurized only for the opening movement, i.e. in a movement in which there is no back pressure or almost no back pressure, so that the smaller available piston area is already sufficient to apply pressure and also the passage of the piston rod 14 through the bottom of the cylinder 12 is only loaded with the lower pressure necessary for the opening movement.
- the opening of the cutting scissors points laterally away from the crushing tongs approximately transversely to the opening of the crushing tongs, wherein, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, the cutting scissors are arranged in the same plane as the crushing tongs.
- Such a design has the advantage that the tool that is not in use protrudes laterally from the tool in use, so that the two tools can be used without mutual interference or hindrance.
- the opening of the cutting scissors only points away from the opening of the crushing tongs at a slight acute angle, so that both tools are arranged next to one another in one plane.
