Abstract

The invention concerns a method and device for renovating drains which enable connections to domestic connection pipes to be improved. According to the invention pipes made of thermoplastic plastics are introduced into a drain (1). The plastics pipes are then heated in the area covering the connection and this area is subsequently deformed into the domestic connection pipe (3), in the manner of a connection piece, by a telescopic deformation member. During this movement, the deformation member (7) entrains an annular transitional formed part (10) and, as the deformation member moves back, it deposits said part (10) on the interior of the connection piece formed in this way. It is also possible to insert a connection formed part (14) which is sealed with respect to the transitional formed part (10) and the domestic connection (3) in order to improve further the connection to the domestic connection pipe.

VERFAHREN UND EINRICHTUNG ZUM SANIEREN VON ABWASSERKANÄLEN METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SANITATING WASTEWATER DUCTS

Es sind bereits ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung bekannt (DE 3 931 616 A1 ) , die zur Sanierung von Abwässerkanälen Verwendung finden. Dann wird in dem so ausgekleideten Abwasserkanal mittels eines Wagens ein Verformkörper vor der Mündung ei¬ nes Hausanschlusses positioniert, wobei diese Mündung zunächst von der Wandung des Kunststoffrohrs überdeckt ist. Der Verformkörper wird dann von der Innenseite des Abwas¬ serkanals her gegen die Wandung des Kunststoffrohrs ge¬ drückt. Der Verformkörper wird aufgeheizt, erwärmt damit das Kunststoffröhr und macht es plastifizierbar. Der Ver- formkörper wird dann in den Hausanschluß hinein bewegt und bildet aus dem die Mündung des Hausanschlusses abdeckenden Bereich des Kunststoffrohrs einen Stutzen. Dieser Stutzen wird an seinem Rand beschnitten. Der Verformkörper wird dann zum Wagen zurückgeführt. Gesonderte Dichtungsmaßnahmen in dem Ringraum zwischen Kunststoffröhr und Hausanschluß sind dabei nicht vorgesehen.A method and a device are already known (DE 3 931 616 A1) which are used for the rehabilitation of sewage canals. Dabei wird der in den Hausanschluß hineinragende Stutzen besonders gleich¬ mäßig ausgeformt. Zudem wird durch die Einfügung des über- gangsformstückes die Verbindung mit dem Hausanschluß in Plazierung und Abmessungen genau vorgegeben, wodurch insbe- sondere die Sicherheit des Anschlusses und die Dichtigkeit der Verbindung verbessert werden. Zweckmäßi¬ gerweise ist mindestens ein Dichtring zwischen übergangs- formstück und Anschlußformstück vorgesehen. Der Dichtring 15 arbeitet dabei mit dem Stutzen 13 und der Dichtring 16 mit dem Hausanschluß 3 zusammen. Ansprüche Expectations
1. Verfahren zum Sanieren von Abwasserkanälen, bei dem thermoplastische Kunststoffröhre unter Überdeckung ein¬ mündender Hausanschlüsse in den Abwasserkanal eingeführt und an Hausanschlüsse angeschlossen werden, wobei die Posi¬ tion des Überdeckungsbereichs der Hausanschlüsse in den Kunststoffröhren geortet wird, die Kunststoffröhre in dem Überdeckungsbereich mittels Druck und Wärme in der Art ei¬ nes Stutzens in den Hausanschluß hinein und an dessen Wan¬ dung anliegend verformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffröhre vor der Verformung in dem über- deckungsbereich erwärmt und mit einem Durchgangsloch verse- hen werden und daß auf den Stutzen innenseitig ein ringför¬ miges ubergangsformstück zur Verbindung mit dem Hausan¬ schluß plaziert wird.1.
