Definitions
- the invention is based on a formwork casing for producing a concrete, insulating, sealing, drainage or floating base layer in the basic structure, which has two woven casing walls which are woven together at least at the edges of the formwork casing and which are connected to one another via woven-in spacers in such a way that they limit the bulging of the casing walls when filling in a hardening, insulating, sealing or water-conducting material.
- the two casing walls are not only woven together at their edges, but also along connecting strips running parallel to the edges in the weft and warp direction.
- the formwork casing is divided into chambers by the intersecting connecting strips, which are connected to one another via passage openings in the connecting strips.
- concrete covers are made that consist of several individual panels that are partially separated by joints, but are still connected to one another by means of concrete webs. The connected concrete webs are created when the formwork casing is filled with concrete mortar at the passage openings of the strip-shaped weave.
- the subdivision of the formwork shell in numerous largely separate chambers has the advantage, that during the laying of the formwork shell of a steep embankment reltiv the pressure applied to the envelope walls pressure of the filled flowable concrete is not too large -
- the task arises of applying different layers of material in approximately uniform layer thickness to a flat or inclined surface.
- a further layer for example made of a sealing or insulating material, can be applied to a carrier layer made of concrete. If the support layer has a greater inclination, this is associated with great difficulties, especially since the adhesion of such a layer to the surface of a formwork envelope filled with concrete is low.
- the invention is based on the object of providing a formwork casing into which, separately from one another, two different materials can be introduced in a substantially uniform layer thickness.
- This object is achieved in that it additionally has a third shell wall which is woven at the edges of the formwork shell with the other two shell walls and via woven-in spacers with the middle shell wall and the third shell wall with a hardening, insulating, sealing, filtering or water-conducting material can be filled.
- a concrete layer and a sealing layer or a concrete layer and a drainage layer or a concrete layer and a planting layer or a sealing layer and a drainage layer or a filter layer and a drainage layer or a support layer and a Insulation layer to be filled.
- Sealing layer is clay, swelling clays, such as bentonites or the like.
- Diatomaceous earth, pearlite, charcoal, wood flour and cellulose are particularly suitable for forming a filter layer.
- the substances to be filled in can be slurried or blown into the installed formwork shell using hoses or lances.
- the layer thicknesses can be very different.
- the formwork covering according to the invention can be laid on the planum of a landfill covered by a plastic film and a drainage material can be filled into the space between the lower covering wall and the central covering wall and then a concrete layer can be filled in between the middle covering wall and the upper covering wall which, after hardening, form a concrete slab which protects the plastic film and the drainage layer against mechanical injuries.
- a two-layer formwork covering according to the invention can be laid over a plastic film, which is filled with concrete in its lower area and with plant soil in the upper area, which seed can be added for the greening.
- the upper shell wall is designed as an easily rootable tissue.
- Formwork casings of this type can also be used to protect relatively steep slopes which should be able to be planted with greenery.
- spacers made of woven tapes are to be woven in, which are inserted into the chains of the middle and outer shell wall.
- the spacing of these tapes can be 5 to 10 cm and at appropriate intervals they should change from shell wall to shell wall to form the spacers.
- the spacers formed in this way can be, for example, 10 cm or 20 cm long.
- onofile threads are to be used to form the spacers in order to avoid wicking.
- These monofilament threads can alternately cross-wise change from the middle to the outer shell wall and from the outer to the middle shell wall.
- the distances of the monofilament threads from one another can be 2 to 6 cm, and the changes can be provided at corresponding intervals.
- the distances between the three casing walls when the casing casing is filled are determined by the length of the spacers. This length is determined by the particular task of the formwork cover and must be determined when the formwork cover is woven.
- the distance of an outer shell wall from the middle shell wall can be, for example, five times the distance of the other outer shell wall from the middle shell wall.
- the lower wall of the Hüilen can be heavily structured for better adhesion of the formwork casing to the subsurface.
- the upper wall of the Hüilen can be heavily structured for better adhesion of the formwork casing to the subsurface.
- the casing wall can be structured by using spaced thick warp and / or weft threads in order to achieve better adhesion of soil to the upper casing wall.
- One of the two outer shell walls can serve as reinforcing or stabilizing fabric. If this reinforcement mesh is sensitive to fresh concrete, the space between the. middle Hüilenwand and the outer, the reinforcing or stabilizing fabric forming shell wall, an insulating agent is filled or foamed.
- the stabilizing fabric has a maximum tensile force of at least 50 KN / m, preferably 60 to 100 KN / m in the warp direction or in the weft direction or in both directions, and consists of high-strength polyester yarns. However, high-strength polyethylene yarns can also be used. Exemplary embodiments of the formwork casing according to the invention are explained in more detail in the following brush rubbing with reference to the drawings: The drawings show in
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a two-layer formlining according to the invention
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view of another embodiment of the invention
- Fig. 3 is a plan view and Fig. 4 is a sectional view of a chambered formwork cover, in which the chambers of the lower layer are offset from the chambers of the upper layer, Fig. 5 is a sectional view of a formwork cover according to the invention with edge areas designed as overlap areas.
- the formwork casing according to the invention has a lower casing wall 1, a central casing wall 2 and an upper casing wall 3.
- These three envelope walls 1, 2, 3 are woven and are at least..woven together at the edges 4, 5, 6.
- Such a triple weave is woven with the help of three chains which are connected to one another with the help of weft threads.
- the lower shell wall 1 is also woven into the middle shell wall 2
- Spacers 8 are connected to one another in such a way that the bulging of the casing walls 1 and 2 is limited when filling in fresh concrete. Furthermore, the middle casing wall 2 is connected to the upper casing wall 3 by woven-in spacers 9 in such a way that the bulging of the casing wall 3 is also limited to a desired dimension.
- the spacers 8 and 9 can be woven in such a way that the distance between the casing walls 1 and 2 and the casing walls 2 and 3 that results when filling a material is, for example, 20 cm or 1 cm.
- the two-layer formwork cover according to the invention can be woven so that, for example, a 20 cm thick concrete layer is formed in the lower part of the formwork cover and an approximately 1 cm thick sealing layer or insulation layer in the upper part of the formwork cover.
- the space enclosed by the lower shell wall 1 and the middle shell wall 2 can be divided into chambers 11 by strip-shaped weaves 10, for example. So that the material can be filled into these chambers 11, all of the chambers 11 are connected to one another via passages 14 in the strip-shaped weaves 10. These passages 14 also fill with the filled material.
- the two-layer formwork casing can be in chambers 11 both in the area between the lower casing wall 1 and the middle casing wall 2 and in the area between the middle casing wall 2 and the upper casing wall 3 and be divided into chambers 13, and these chambers 11 and 13 are offset from one another.
- the chambers 11 in the lower layer are formed by weaves 10 running in the warp and weft directions, while the chambers 13 are formed by strip-shaped weaves 12 running in the warp and weft directions.
- FIG. 5 shows a section through a two-layer formlining, in which the middle wall 2 and the top wall 3 are interwoven to form an overlap area 15 below, over a wider edge area, and in which to form an overlap area 16 lower shell wall 1 are interwoven with the middle shell wall 2 over a wider edge area.
- These casing sleeves are laid in such a way that the overlap area 16 of an adjacent casing sleeve comes to rest on the overlap area 15.
- the structure of the outer surface of the lower casing wall 1 and / or the upper casing wall 3 is achieved by appropriate binding or by weaving threads of different thicknesses particularly rough or uneven.
