Description

WAEMWASSEE-HEIZUNGSSYSTEM WAEMWASSEE HEATING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a hot water heating system which has a radiator connected to a heat source by pipes which convey hot water.
The hot water heating system according to the invention combines the advantages of floor or central heating with the advantages of tiled stove and boiler heating.
The reason for the known central heating or floor heating systems is the boiler, which is heated with solid or liquid heating medium, which requires a large amount of space and makes high demands on safety. Because of these requirements, the boiler is very expensive, it must be installed in a separate room, because it cannot be installed in the apartment due to aesthetic and safety reasons.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned of the central or floor heating systems. The invention is based on the knowledge that the safety devices are superfluous if the boiler is placed in the tiled stove.
The object of the invention is to utilize the above knowledge to bring about a hot water heating system which can be brought about in terms of safety at a lower cost than the known ones is undemanding and works reliably.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a hot water heating system which contains a radiator connected to a heat source by the pipes which convey the hot water, the heat source being a tiled stove and a boiler delimiting the combustion chamber of the tiled stove in the tiled stove.
In the heating system suitable for solving the set task, it is advantageous if the boiler is designed to accommodate the grate of the combustion chamber.
Advantageously, the boiler installed in the tiled stove contains vertically arranged side elements connecting these tubular upper and lower passages. with a space between the two side elements.
The grate of the cleaning room is expediently arranged in the space between the side elements and also contains the lower bushings.
The hot water heating system according to the invention utilizes the heat accumulated in the tiled stove and which can be recovered after the heating has ended and also gives hot water to the heating system after the heating has been switched off for a certain time.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.
The drawings show: Fig. 1 is a block diagram of the hot water heating system according to the invention.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the boiler to be installed in the tiled stove.
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht des Kessels.Fig. 3 is a plan view of the boiler.
In the middle of the hot water heating system according to the invention there is a tiled stove 1 which contains a boiler. The boiler 2 is connected by risers 6 to lines 8 which convey hot water to the radiator F, the radiators F being connected to the boiler 2 by return lines 4. An excess T is connected to the lines 8 to remove the superfluous hot water. The boiler 2 is arranged in the interior of the tiled stove 1 / Fig. 1/. The heating system according to the invention can be designed as a central heating system or as a floor heating system.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the boiler arranged in the tiled stove 1 contains 2 side elements 3, upper bushings 5 and lower bushings 7, which secure a connection between the side elements 3. The side elements 3 and the upper bushings 5 and the lower bushings 7 define a flow circuit, at the inlet of which the return line 4 and at the outlet of which the ascending line 6 are located. The lower feedthrough 7 expediently forms part of the grate of the tiled stove 1. The lower feedthrough 7 can also be formed by the water-conveying lines used in the grate. In this way, at least one of the side elements 3 touches directly with the combustion chamber, so that this element can be selected in accordance with the heat transfer.
In the heating system according to the invention, the dimensions of the tiled stove are expediently chosen to be a little larger than in the conventional tiled stove.
Das erfindungsgemässe Heizungssystem arbeitet wie folgt:The heating system according to the invention works as follows:
By heating the tiled stove 1, the water present in the boiler 2 heats up. As a result of gravity, the hot water flows upwards and instead of this water, a colder water flows through the return line 4 into the boiler 2. In this way, the water continuously heating up in the boiler 2 is in circulation and promotes the heat generated in the tiled stove 1 to the heating element F. At the same time, the tiled stove 1 emits heat on its outer surface. After the heating has ended, the tiled stove 1 radiates a large amount of heat into the surroundings, as is known. This heat radiation lasts for 5 to 6 hours, and in the meantime, for a while, generally for an hour, the flow of hot water is also maintained and the radiators F thereby give off heat.
Of course, in the case of a continuously working tiled stove 1, the supply of the radiators F with hot water is also continuous.
The hot water heating system according to the invention combines the advantages of the tiled stove with the advantages share the central or floor heating. Your investment costs are lower than the costs of the systems based on a boiler.
