Then the locating cover board 5 is manually operated to horizontally rotate clockwise or counterclockwise (as shown in FIG. 8 ).
- the arced bracket sections 51 , 52 of two ends of the locating cover board 5 are moved under the bight edges 70 of the blind rail rack 7 . Accordingly, the platforms 54 , 521 of the arced bracket sections 51 , 52 are engaged under the bight edges 70 of the blind rail rack 7 to fix the cord winder structure in the blind rail rack 7 . Therefore, the fixing body 1 is restricted from moving within the blind rail rack 7 (as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 ).

Abstract
A blind cord winder fixing structure including a fixing body, a shaft gear, a cord winder, a movable cover and a locating cover board having a central stem. The fixing body is composed of a first case body and a second case body mated with each other. Inner faces of the first and second case bodies are formed with complementary arced recesses, which together form a passage. A shaft rod is rotatably received in the passage. The shaft rod has a worm section engaged with the shaft gear. Lower sides of the first and second case bodies are respectively formed with projecting shafts fitted in a sleeve of the movable cover, which supports the cord winder. The stem of the locating cover board is received in a circular hole of the fixing body. The locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, whereby two arced bracket sections of two ends of the locating cover board can be moved into a blind rail rack and engaged therewith to fixedly locate the fixing body in the blind rail rack.
Description
- The present invention is related to a blind cord winder fixing structure for fixedly locating a blind cord winder in a blind rail rack.

FIG. 1 shows a conventional method for fixing a blind cord winder on a blind rail rack. A metal-made fixing bar A2 is integrally formed on upper side of the cord winder A1. Two ends of the fixing bar A2 are respectively formed with chuck sections A3 in which the rail rack A4 is chucked and fixed. In installation, the rail rack A4 must be first pulled and deflected outward to place the cord winder A1 into the rail rack A4. Then the rail rack A4 is released and fixedly chucked into the chuck sections A3 of the fixing bar A2. According to the conventional fixing method, it is quite inconvenient to install and fix the blind cord winder on the blind rail rack. Moreover, in installation, the blind rail rack A4 is likely to deform due to the pulling force. -
FIG. 2 shows another method for fixing a blind cord winder on a blind rail rack. A movable fixing bar B1 is rotatably disposed on upper side of the cord winder. A front end of the fixing bar B1 has a fixing bracket section B2. The bracket section B2 can be downward pressed to latch and engage with the rail rack B3. According to this method, when detaching the cord winder, it is still necessary to outward pull and deflect the rail rack B3. Therefore, it is quite inconvenient to disassemble the cord winder. Moreover, the rail rack B3 is still likely to deform due to the pulling force. - It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a blind cord winder fixing structure including a fixing body. The fixing body is formed with a circular through hole. A central stem of a locating cover board is fitted through the circular hole of the fixing body. The locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, whereby two arced bracket sections of two ends of the locating cover board can be moved into a blind rail rack and engaged therewith to fixedly locate the fixing body in the blind rail rack. Therefore, the fixing body is restricted from moving within the blind rail rack.
- It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above blind cord winder fixing structure in which upper end of the fixing body is formed with a protrusion for restricting the locating cover board from transversely moving.

FIG. 8 is a top view showing the rotation of the locating cover board of the present invention; -
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the installation of the present invention in the blind rail rack; and -
FIG. 10 is a perspective view according toFIG. 9 , showing that the installation of the present invention is completed. - Please refer to
FIGS. 3 and 4 . The present invention mainly includes a fixing body 1, ashaft gear 2, acord winder 3, a movable cover 4 and a locatingcover board 5. - The fixing body 1 is composed of a
first case body 10 and asecond case body 11, which are mated with each other. Inner faces of the first andsecond case bodies multiple fixing holes rods 105 can be screwed through thefixing holes second case bodies second case bodies protrusion protrusions semicircular notches second case bodies semicircular notches second case bodies shaft holes 101, 111 for accommodating theshaft gear 2 therein. A middle portion of the inner face of thesecond case body 11 is formed witharced recesses 102. A middle portion of the inner face of thefirst case body 10 is also formed with arced recesses (not shown) complementary to thearced recesses 102 of thesecond case body 11. When the first andsecond case bodies cord winder 3 has ashaft rod 31 extending from a first side thereof. Theshaft rod 31 has aworm section 30 and is rotatably received in the passages. Lower corners of the first andsecond case bodies shafts sleeve 40. The projectingshafts central shaft hole 41 of thesleeve 40, whereby the movable cover 4 can be downward pivoted about the projecting shafts.Projections 114 respectively project from certain portions of outer faces of the first andsecond case bodies cord winder 3 and the first andsecond case bodies - The
shaft gear 2 is received in theshaft holes 101, 111 of the first andsecond case bodies shaft gear 2 is formed with a central throughhole 201 for a shaft to pass therethrough. - The
shaft gear 2 hasmultiple gear teeth 20 annularly arranged on an outer circumference of theshaft gear 2. When the first andsecond case bodies gear teeth 20 and theworm section 30 of theshaft rod 31 of thecord winder 3 are positioned in the fixing body 1 and engaged with each other. - The
shaft rod 31 with theworm section 30 extends from the first side of thecord winder 3. Thecord winder 3 further has acord reel 32 on a second side. Apull cord 6 is wound on thecord reel 32. Thecord reel 32 has twodisc sections cord reel 32 is formed with athrough hole 35 between thedisc sections pull cord 6 therein. Accordingly, thepull cord 6 can be fixed with thecord reel 32. - As aforesaid, the
sleeve 40 is formed at the tail end of the movable cover 4 and has thecentral shaft hole 41. The projectingshafts second case bodies shaft hole 41. The movable cover 4 further has asupport board 410 transversely extending from a lower end of thesleeve 40. Thesupport board 410 is formed with throughholes pull cord 6 to pass therethrough. A fixingboard 44 is further formed under thesupport board 41. A front end of the fixingboard 44 has alip section 45 for engaging in a fixinghole 72 preformed on a blind rail rack 7 (as shown inFIG. 7 ). - A lower side of the locating
cover board 5 is formed with an insertion recess 50 (as shown inFIG. 5 ) in which theprotrusions second case bodies central stem 500 downward extends from the locatingcover board 5 and is positioned at a center of theinsertion recess 50. Astopper section 501 with larger diameter is formed at a lower end of thecentral stem 500. Thecentral stem 500 is held in the circular hole defined by the first andsecond case bodies stopper section 501 prevents the locatingcover board 5 from detaching from the first andsecond case bodies cover board 5 can be horizontally rotated. Two ends of the locatingcover board 5 are respectively formed with arcedbracket sections bracket sections portions bracket sections platforms stopper block 530 is formed under the lower side of the arcedbracket section 51. Theblind rail rack 7 has two bight edges 70. The arcedbracket sections FIG. 6 ) with theblind rail rack 7. - When installing the cord winder in the
blind rail rack 7, thepull cord 6 is quickly wound on thecord reel 32 through a winding space above thecord winder 3. Then thepull cord 6 is passed through the throughholes support board 41 of the movable cover 4. Then thepull cord 6 is passed through the fixinghole 72 of theblind rail rack 7. Then, by means of thelip section 45 of the fixingboard 44 of the movable cover 4, the fixingboard 44 is engaged in the fixinghole 72 of the blind rail rack 7 (as shown inFIG. 7 ). Then the locatingcover board 5 is manually operated to horizontally rotate clockwise or counterclockwise (as shown inFIG. 8 ). At this time, the arcedbracket sections cover board 5 are moved under the bight edges 70 of theblind rail rack 7. Accordingly, theplatforms bracket sections blind rail rack 7 to fix the cord winder structure in theblind rail rack 7. Therefore, the fixing body 1 is restricted from moving within the blind rail rack 7 (as shown inFIGS. 9 and 10 ). - The above embodiments are only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiments can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (2)
1. A blind cord winder fixing structure comprising:
a fixing body including a first case body and a second case body corresponding to the first case body in configuration, inner faces of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with several fixing holes, whereby threaded rods can be screwed through the fixing holes to fixedly assemble the first and second case bodies with each other, upper walls of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with semicircular notches, which are complementary to each other, whereby when the first and second case bodies are assembled with each other, the semicircular notches together form a circular hole;
a locating cover board having a stem downward extending from the locating cover board, the stem being fitted through the circular hole of the defined by the first and second case bodies, whereby the locating cover board is horizontally rotatable, two ends of the locating cover board being respectively formed with arced bracket sections, upper sides of the aced bracket sections being respectively formed with platforms;
a shaft gear received in and positioned between two shaft holes formed on inner faces of the first and second case bodies, the shaft gear having multiple gear teeth;
a cord winder including a shaft rod having a worm section and a cord reel having two disc sections on two sides, the shaft rod extending from one of the disc sections, the worm section of the shaft rod being engaged with the gear teeth of the shaft gear; and
a movable cover having a sleeve and a support board horizontally extending from a lower end of the sleeve, the sleeve having a shaft hole, lower sides of the first and second case bodies being respectively formed with projecting shafts, the projecting shafts being fitted in the shaft hole of the sleeve, the stem of the locating cover board being received in the circular hole of the fixing body to prevent the locating cover board from detaching from the fixing body, the locating cover board being horizontally rotatable to fixedly engage and locate the fixing body in a blind rail rack.
2. The blind cord winder fixing structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a stopper section with larger diameter is formed at a bottom end of the stem of the locating cover board.
