Abstract
Изобретение касается тигля для кристаллизации кремния и изготовления и нанесение антиадгезионных покрытий для тиглей, которые используют для затвердевания поликристаллического кремния. Заявленный тигель включает а) основной корпус, который включает нижнюю поверхность и боковые стенки, которые ограничивают внутренний объем; b) защитное покрытие, включающее от 80 до 95 масс. % нитрида кремния и от 5 до 20 масс. % низкотемпературного минерального связующего вещества, и общее содержание кислорода составляет от 5 до 15 масс. %.
