Abstract
Ингаляционное устройство для транспульмонального введения содержит: камеру (16) для помещения фармацевтической композиции, которую распыляют на мелкодисперсные частички путем воздействия, которое осуществляется воздухом, для диспергирования в воздухе; входной канал воздушного потока (2) для введения в камеру (16) внешнего воздуха для приложения воздействия, которое осуществляется воздухом, к фармацевтической композиции и для нагнетания внешнего воздуха к фармацевтической композиции; канал для ингаляционного потока (1) для вдыхания распыленной фармацевтической композиции; корпус (9) для размещения камеры (16), входного канала воздушного потока (2) и канала для ингаляционного потока (1); мундштук (10), предусмотренный на одном конце корпуса (9), причем мундштук (9) имеет канал для потока ротовой части (11), который соединяется с каналом для ингаляционного потока (1), и канал для вспомогательного потока (12); где ингаляционное устройство для транспульмонального введения имеет такую конфигурацию, что воздействие, осуществляется воздухом, прикладывается к фармакологической композиции со стороны внешнего воздуха, который входит в камеру с помощью давления, которое индуцируется вдыханием воздуха и создается, когда пользователь (пациент) вдыхает воздух. Распыленная фармацевтическая композиция вводится в канал для потока ротовой части, и одновременно внешний воздух вводится непосредственно в канал для вспомогательного потока с помощью индуцированного вдыханием воздуха давления.
