Abstract

A device for mixing of fluids contains a housing with channels for supply of inducing fluid, and induced fluid, a channel for supply of inducing fluid (CSIF), has convergent part (diffuser) and divergent part (confuser) divided by a mixing chamber. The openings of the mixing chamber for induced fluid inlet are connected to the channel of inducing fluid through additional annular chamber. The internal surface of the mixing chamber is made in the form of a solid of revolution of the surface limited by two conchoids of Pascal snail and projections of the ends of the parts of diffuser and confuser turned to each other. The conchoids of Pascal snail are symmetrically located relative to CSIF axis and symmetrically or asymmetrically relative to the polar axis of conchoids. The polar axis of conchoids is perpendicular to CSIF axis, projection of the ends of CSIF convergent and divergent are parallel to the polar axis of conchoids and are perpendicular to CSIF axis, axes of openings for inlet of induced fluid are directed at the angle of α=35-65° relative to CSIF axis, and the length of mixing chamber between the ends H of convergent and divergent part of CSIF is equal to the sum of а+аand is defined by relationship R≤Н≤2R, where R - radius of fixed circle of the conchoid.
