Abstract
Винахід стосується способу одержання суміші етилену і пропілену з суміші, що містить етанол, н-пропанол і з вмістом води від 30 до 75 мас. % у розрахунку на загальну масу суміші, у якому а) суміш піддають контактуванню в установці дегідратації з каталізатором дегідратації, вибраним з: - оксиду алюмінію (А), що має питому поверхню за методом БЕТ, виміряну згідно з ASTM D 3663-03, від 200 до 350 м2/г, середній мезопористий діаметр від 5 до 15 нм, вміст натрію менше 50 мас. ч.н.м. і вміст сірки менше 40 мас. ч.н.м.; і - оксиду алюмінію (В), що має питому поверхню за методом БЕТ, виміряну згідно з ASTM D 3663-03, від 130 до 180 м2/г, середній мезопористий діаметр від 14 до 20 нм, вміст натрію в діапазоні від 300 до 600 мас. ч.н.м. і вміст сірки в діапазоні від 800 до 1300 мас. ч.н.м.; контактування проводиться при температурі в діапазоні від 350 до 500 °C, при загальному тиску в діапазоні від 0,2 до 2 МПа і при об'ємній швидкості подачі сировини (ОШП), що визначається як відношення масової витрати етанолу і н-пропанолу на масу каталізатора в діапазоні від 1 до 10 год.-1; b) проводять відведення вихідного потоку, що містить етилен і пропілен, із вказаної установки дегідратації.
