Description
本揭露關於一種用於製備發泡體的組合物、發泡體以及包含該發泡體的鞋體。
橡塑膠發泡體由於能夠根據發泡體之原料、所形成之氣泡之狀態,而表現出隔熱性、絕熱性、隔音性、吸音性、防震性、輕量化等功能,因此被廣泛應用於各種用途(例如電子/機械零件、汽車零件、建築材料、包裝材、或是日用品)。
然而,傳統發泡體其壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及機械強度(例如分層撕裂強度(split tear strength)、拉力強度(tensile strength))會隨著密度下降而大幅降低,導致發泡體的應用性受到侷限。
基於上述,業界需要一種具有低密度但具有高強度的發泡體,以解決習知技術所遇到的問題。
本揭露提供一種用於製備發泡體的組合物。根據本揭露實施例,該用於製備發泡體的組合物可包含:3-30重量份之一第一聚合物,以及至少一者之一第二聚合物及一第三聚合物, 其中該第二聚合物及該第三聚合物的重量總合為70-97重量份。該第一聚合物可為環烯烴聚合物(cyclic olefin polymer,COP)、環烯烴共聚合物(cyclic olefin copolymer,COC)、茂金屬環烯烴共聚物(metallocene based cyclic olefin copolymer,mCOC)、全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(fully hydrogenated conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、或上述之組合。該第二聚合物可為聚烯烴(polyolefin)、烯烴共聚物(olefin copolymer)、或上述之組合。該第三聚合物可為共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、部分氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(partially hydrogenated conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、或上述之組合。其中,該第一聚合物及該至少一者之第二聚合物及第三聚合物的重量總合為100重量份。
本揭露亦提供一種具低密度且高強度的發泡體。根據本揭露實施例,該發泡體可由本揭露所述用於製備發泡體的組合物所製備而得。根據本揭露實施例,該發泡體的壓縮永久變形率(compression set)與比重(specific gravity)的比值可小於450,且該發泡體的分層撕裂強度(split tear strength)與比重(specific gravity)的比值可大於或等於13.8。
本揭露亦提供一種包含上述發泡體的鞋體。根據本揭露實施例,該鞋體包含:一鞋面;一中底(midsole);以及一大底(outsole),其中該中底及該大底之至少一者包含本揭露所述發泡體。

本揭露實施例提供一種用於製備發泡體的組合物、發泡體以及包含該發泡體的鞋體。本揭露所述用於製備發泡體的組合物,由於包含特定的聚合物成份及含量,因此當藉由一發泡製程(例如物理或化學發泡製程)將本揭露所述組合物製備為發泡體時,所得的發泡體可在低密度的條件下(例如比重約小於0.18)仍具有相對較低的壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及改善的機械強度(例如分層撕裂強度(split tear strength)、拉力強度(tensile strength)),因此可廣泛應用於各種用途(例如電子/機械零件、汽車零件、建築材料、包裝材、或是日用品)。
根據本揭露實施例,該用於製備發泡體的組合物可包含約3-30重量份(例如5-30重量份、5-20重量份、10-30重量份、或20-30重量份)的第一聚合物以及約70-97重量份(例如70-95重量份、80-95重量份、70-90重量份、或70-80重量份)的第二聚合物及/或第三聚合物,其中該第一聚合物、該第二聚合物及該第三聚合物的重量總合為100重量份。舉例來說,該用於製備發泡體的組合物可包含3-30重量份的第一聚合物以及70-97重量份的第二聚合物;該用於製備發泡體的組合物可包含3-30重量份的第一聚合物以及70-97重量份的第三聚合物;或該用於製備發泡體的組合物可包含一第一聚合物、一第二聚合物及一第三聚合物,其中該第一聚合物為3-30重量份,而該第二聚合物及第三聚合物的重量總合為70-97重量份。

根據本揭露實施例,該第一聚合物可例如為ZEONEX(註冊商標,由日本ZEON股份有限公司製造)、ZEONOR(註冊商標,由日本ZEON股份有限公司製造)、ARTON(註冊商標,由JSR股份有限公司製造)、APEL(註冊商標,由三井化學股份有限公司製造)、TOPAS(註冊商標,由POLYPLASTICS股份有限公司製造)(降冰片烯系單體與乙烯之加成聚合物)。
根據本揭露實施例,該全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物可為全氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、全氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBSBS)、全氫化苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(S-(I/B)-S)、全氫化苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(S-(I/B)-S-(I/B)-S)、全氫化苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、全氫化苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SISIS)、或上述之組合。根據本揭露實施例,本揭露所述全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物係由一共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物經氫化後所得,而該共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物在經氫化後,其上的雙鍵(包含非芳香環上的雙鍵以及芳香環上的雙鍵)轉化成單鍵的比例大於或等於90%(例如大於或等於95%、或大於或等於97%、或大於或等於 99%)。換言之,本揭露所述全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物的氫化率大於或等於90%(例如大於或等於95%、或大於或等於97%、或大於或等於99%)。舉例來說,該第一聚合物可例如為ViViOn(註冊商標,由USI股份有限公司製造)。

根據本揭露實施例,本揭露所述用於製備發泡體的組合物,可藉由一發泡製程(例如物理發泡製程或化學發泡製程),將本揭露所述組合物製備為發泡體。
根據本揭露實施例,本揭露所述發泡體的壓縮永久變形率(compression set)與比重(specific gravity)的比值可小於450,例如介於449至180之間、445至200之間、445至250之間、350至180之間、350至200之間、或350至250之間。再者,根據本揭露實施例,本揭露所述發泡體的分層撕裂強度(split tear strength)與比重(specific gravity)的比值係大於或等於13.8,例如介於13.8至20之間、或介於13.8至18之間。
根據本揭露實施例,當藉由化學發泡製程來形成發泡體時,該本揭露所述用於製備發泡體的組合物更包含0.1至10重量份的交聯劑(cross-linking agent)以及0.1至25重量份的發泡 劑(blowing agent)。

根據本揭露實施例,發泡劑可為有機熱分解型發泡劑,例如N,N’-二亞硝基五亞甲基四胺、偶氮甲醯胺(azodicarbonamide)、p,p'-氧代雙苯磺醯肼(p,p'-oxybisbenzenesulfonylhydrazide)、對甲苯磺醯肼(p-toluenesulfonylhydrazide)、苯磺醯肼(benzenesulfonylhydrazide)、3,3’-二磺醯肼二苯碸、對甲苯磺醯氨基脲、三肼基三嗪、或上述之組合,但是本揭露不局限於此。此外,該發泡劑可例如為無機熱分解型發泡劑,例如碳酸氫鈉、碳酸氫鉀、碳酸氫銨、碳酸鈉、碳酸銨、或上述之組合,但是本揭露不局限於此。
根據本揭露實施例,本揭露所述用於製備發泡體的組合物可更包含熱穩定劑、光穩定劑、軟化劑、增塑劑(例如檸檬 酸、或檸檬酸酯)、染料、顏料、抗氧化劑、紫外光吸收劑、填充物(例如碳酸鈣、雲母、或木纖維)、抗靜電劑、衝擊改良劑、或上述之組合。
根據本揭露實施例,當藉由物理發泡製程來形成發泡體時,可使用超臨界流體來進行發泡。該超臨界流體可以為二氧化碳、水、甲烷、乙烷、丁烷、丙烷、戊烷、己烷、乙烯、丙烯、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、氮、或上述之組合。
根據本揭露實施例,請參照第1圖,本揭露亦提供一鞋體10,包含一鞋面12,一中底(midsole)14,以及一大底(outsole)16。其中,該中底14及該大底16之至少一者包含本揭露所述發泡體。
化學發泡製程
實施例1
將50重量份EVA 7470、25重量份Infuse 9100、10重量份DF 110、4.3重量份DP6014、0.7重量份SBS 3206、10重量份TOPAS 8007、1.6重量份DCP-40、以及14.5重量份AC D600放入一混煉機中。加熱至120℃後,持續混煉至所得物完全融合。接著,以雙螺桿押出機對所得物進行造粒,並收集造粒物。接著,將造粒物置於發泡射出機中,在模溫約172℃下,射出成型,得到試片,成型時間約390秒。接著,將試片放入烘箱中,並在70-75℃下烘烤45-60分鐘。將試片由烘箱移出並置於室溫下穩定1天後,以模具(模具尺寸為400mm×305mm×90mm(長×寬×高))對試片進行冷熱壓成型(加熱時使試片表面達138℃,而冷卻時使試片表面達20℃),得到發泡體(I)。
接著,量測發泡體(I)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表2所示。其中,比重的測量方式係依據ASTM D792進行測量。壓縮永久變形率的量測方式係依據ASTM D573進行量測。分層撕裂強度(split tear strength,N/mm)的量測方式係依據ASTM D3574-95進行量測。
實施例2-8及比較實施例1
依實施例1所述方式進行,除了依表2所示各組成比例取代第一聚合物、第二聚合物、第三聚合物、發泡劑及交聯劑的比例,分別得到發泡體(II)-發泡體(IX)。接著,量測發泡體(II)-發泡體(IX)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表2所示。
由表2可知,與未添加第一聚合物之組合物(比較實施例1)相比,添加第一聚合物之組合物(實施例1-8)進行化學發泡製程所得之發泡體,其壓縮永久變形率/比重相對較低,且可同時改 善其分層撕裂強度/比重。
實施例9
將90重量份EVA 7470、10重量份ViViOn 1325、0.8重量份BIPB、以及7重量份AC D600放入一混煉機中。加熱至120℃後,持續混煉至所得物完全融合。接著,以雙螺桿押出機對所得物進行造粒,並收集造粒物。接著,將造粒物置於發泡射出機中,在模溫約172℃下,射出成型,得到試片,成型時間約390秒。接著,將試片放入烘箱中,並在70-75℃下烘烤45-60分鐘。將試片由烘箱移出並置於室溫下穩定1天後,以模具(模具尺寸為400mm×305mm×90mm(長×寬×高))對試片進行冷熱壓成型(加熱時使試片表面達138℃,而冷卻時使試片表面達20℃),得到發泡體(X)。
接著,量測發泡體(X)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表3所示。
實施例10
依實施例9所述方式進行,除了以TOPAS 6013取代ViViOn 1325,得到發泡體(XI)。接著,量測發泡體(XI)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表3所示。
比較實施例2
將100重量份EVA 7470、0.8重量份BIPB、以及7重量份AC D600放入一混煉機中。加熱至120℃後,持續混煉至所得物完全融合。接著,以雙螺桿押出機對所得物進行造粒,並收集造 粒物。接著,將造粒物置於發泡射出機中,在模溫約172℃下,射出成型,得到試片,成型時間約390秒。接著,將試片放入烘箱中,並在70-75℃下烘烤45-60分鐘。將試片由烘箱移出並置於室溫下穩定1天後,以模具(模具尺寸為400mm×305mm×90mm(長×寬×高))對試片進行冷熱壓成型(加熱時使試片表面達138℃,而冷卻時使試片表面達20℃),得到發泡體(XII)。
接著,量測發泡體(XII)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表3所示。
由表3可知,與僅添加第二聚合物之組合物(比較實施例2)相比,添加第一聚合物及第二聚合物之組合物(實施例9-10)進行化學發泡製程所得之發泡體,其壓縮永久變形率/比重相對較低,且同時大幅改善分層撕裂強度/比重。
實施例11
將55重量份EVA 7470、25重量份Infuse 9100、15重量份DF 840、5重量份TOPAS 8007、1.7重量份DCP-40、以及8.2重量份D600MT放入一混煉機中。加熱至120℃後,持續混煉至所得物完全融合。接著,以雙螺桿押出機對所得物進行造粒,並收集造粒物。接著,將造粒物置於發泡射出機中,在模溫約172℃下,射出成型,得到試片,成型時間約390秒。接著,將試片放入烘箱中,並在70-75℃下烘烤45-60分鐘。將試片由烘箱移出並置於室溫下穩定1天後,以模具(模具尺寸為400mm×305mm×90mm(長× 寬×高))對試片進行冷熱壓成型(加熱時使試片表面達138℃,而冷卻時使試片表面達20℃),得到發泡體(XIII)。
接著,量測發泡體(XIII)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表4所示。
實施例12
依實施例11所述方式進行,除了依表4所示各組成比例取代第一聚合物、第二聚合物、第三聚合物、發泡劑及交聯劑的比例,得到發泡體(XIV)。接著,量測發泡體(XIV)的比重(specific gravity)、壓縮永久變形率(compression set)以及分層撕裂強度(split tear strength),結果如表4所示。
由表4可知,即使將組合物(實施例11及12所述組合物)的第一聚合物含量降低,所得之發泡體其壓縮永久變形率/比重仍可小於450、且分層撕裂強度/比重可大於或等於15。
物理發泡製程
實施例13
將90重量份EVA 7470及10重量份ViViOn 1325放入一混煉機中。加熱至120℃後,持續混煉至所得物完全融合。接著,以雙螺桿押出機對所得物進行造粒,並收集造粒物。接著,將所得造粒物放入一超臨界流體發泡系統的槽中,並調整系統溫度至60℃以上,未達熔融態。接著,將二氧化碳注入超臨界流體發泡系統中,並與造粒物混合。接著,調整系統壓力至1000psi以上,使造粒物與二氧化碳超臨界流體形成單相溶液,並維持10min以上。接著,調整系統壓力至15psi,得到發泡體(XV),比重為0.126。
實施例14
依實施例13所述方式進行,除了以TOPAS 6013取代 ViViOn 1325,得到發泡體(XVI),比重為0.133。
比較例3
將100重量份EVA 7470放入一超臨界流體發泡系統的中,並調整系統溫度至60℃以上,造粒物尚未達熔融態。接著,將二氧化碳注入超臨界流體發泡系統中,並與造粒物混合。接著,調整系統壓力至1000psi以上,使造粒物與二氧化碳超臨界流體形成單相溶液,並維持10min以上。接著,調整系統壓力至15psi,得到發泡體(XVII)。在此,可觀察到所得之發泡體(XVII)發生嚴重的收縮(shrink)現象,導致發泡體無膨脹效果,並在外觀上顯現皺折塌陷。若此發泡體作為鞋中底或鞋大底,當對發泡體施以外力時,發泡體不具有回饋彈性。

Claims (10)
- 一種用於製備發泡體的組合物,包含:3-30重量份之一第一聚合物,其中該第一聚合物係環烯烴聚合物(cyclic olefin polymer,COP)、環烯烴共聚合物(cyclic olefin copolymer,COC)、茂金屬環烯烴共聚物(metallocene based cyclic olefin copolymer,mCOC)、全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(fully hydrogenated conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、或上述之組合,且所述全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物中非芳香環上的雙鍵以及芳香環上的雙鍵轉化成單鍵的比例大於或等於90%,以及所述該環烯烴共聚合物係降冰片烯系單體(norbornene-based monomer)及烯烴系單體(olefin-based monomer)的共聚合物,其中該降冰片烯系單體及該烯烴系單體的比例為30:70至99:1;以及一第二聚合物及一第三聚合物,其中該第二聚合物及該第三聚合物的重量總合為70-97重量份,且該第二聚合物係聚烯烴(polyolefin)、烯烴共聚物(olefin copolymer)、或上述之組合,以及該第三聚合物係共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、部分氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物(partially hydrogenated conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer)、或上述之組合,且所述部分氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物中非芳香環上的雙鍵轉化成單鍵的比例大於或等於70%,其中該第三聚合物係苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共 聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEPS)、苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(S-(I/B)-S)、苯乙烯-[乙烯-(乙烯-丙烯)]-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEEPS)、或上述之組合,其中該第一聚合物、第二聚合物及第三聚合物的重量總合為100重量份,其中該第三聚合物及該第二聚合物的重量比為1:20至1:5。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物,其中該降冰片烯系單體係降冰片烯(norbornene)、亞乙基降冰片烯(ethylidene norbornene)、二環戊二烯(dicyclopentadiene)、甲橋四氫茀(methano tetrahydrofluorene)、四環十二烯(tetracyclododecene)、或上述之組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物,其中該烯烴系單體係乙烯、丙烯、異丁烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、3-甲基-1-戊烯、3-乙基-1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-己烯、4,4-二甲基-1-己烯、4,4-二甲基-1-戊烯、4-乙基-1-己烯、3-乙基-1-己烯、1-辛烯、異戊二烯、四氟乙烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、1-十四烯、1-十六烯、1-十八烯、1-二十烯、環丁烯、環戊烯、環己烯、環辛烯、1,3-丁二烯、1,3-戊二烯、3,4-二甲基環戊烯、3-甲基環己烯、2-(2-甲基丁基)-1-環己烯、1,4-己二烯、4-甲基-1,4-己二烯、5-甲基-1,4-己二烯、7-甲基-1,6-辛 二烯、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯、5,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯、1,7-辛二烯、3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-辛三烯、6-甲基-1,5-庚二烯、1,6-庚二烯、1,8-壬二烯、1,9-癸二烯、1,10-十一烷二烯、或上述之組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物,其中該全氫化共軛二烯-乙烯基芳香族共聚物係全氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、全氫化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBSBS)、全氫化苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(S-(I/B)-S)、全氫化苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯-(異戊二烯/丁二烯)-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(S-(I/B)-S-(I/B)-S)、全氫化苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、全氫化苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SISIS)、或上述之組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物,其中該第二聚合物係聚(乙烯-辛烯)、聚(乙烯-己烯)、聚(乙烯-丁烯)、聚(乙烯-庚烯)、聚丁烯、聚戊烯、(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯)共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(EBA)、α-烯烴聚合物、α-烯烴共聚物、或上述之組合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物,更包含0.1至10重量份的一交聯劑(cross-linking agent)以及0.1至25重量份的一發泡劑(blowing agent)。
- 一種發泡體,其係由如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項所述之用於製備發泡體的組合物所製得。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發泡體,其中該發泡體的壓縮永久變形率(compression set)與比重(specific gravity)的比值係小於450。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發泡體,其中該發泡體的分層撕裂強度(split tear strength,N/mm)與比重(specific gravity)的比值係大於或等於13.8。
- 一種鞋體,包含:一鞋面;一中底(midsole);以及一大底(outsole),其中該中底及該大底之至少一者包含如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發泡體。
