Description

脊椎籠型支架
本發明係關於一種籠型支架,特別是一種適用於人體脊椎病變部位,以於術後強化骨組織癒合及穩定性並可輕易塑形之鈦基脊椎籠型支架。
近年來,多數民眾因生活習慣的改變長期仰賴電腦工作,而必須長時間屈身坐於辦公桌前,加上老齡化社會的演變,以致現今脊椎病變之案例層出不窮,也就使後續脊椎照護的相關問題逐漸受到重視。
脊椎手術的術後照護係為脊椎復原優劣的重要環節,通常於術後,因病人復原速度較其他部位手術緩慢,且無法長時間站立,故多需長期穿著矯正衣,方能避免日常生活之阻礙。
為此,現階段多以脊椎植入物輔助矯正衣,將脊椎植入物置放於脊椎手術後有骨缺損部位之橫突間,且同時使用磷酸鈣、骨粉、自體骨…等骨填補物填充於該脊椎植入物的開放性空間中,以加速橫突間之骨組織癒合。然而,橫突間生長較快的軟組織常因脊椎植入物的結構不良而容易自孔隙侵入,或者於體內循環系統的流動下帶走脊椎植入物內所填充之自體骨或骨粉,以致傳統脊椎植入物縱使有填補可加速癒合用之骨填補物,卻因經常性的骨填補物流失,而始終無法發揮於術後加速骨組織癒合之功效。
如中華民國公告第M333884號專利案係揭示一種模組化骨融合椎籠9,該椎籠9前方設有一圓滑形頭部91,該頭部91後方縱向開設一槽狀空間92,並於該椎籠9二側壁設有與槽狀空間92相通之複數個骨融合孔93,且該椎籠9後方另連接有一固定座94,該固定座94用以結合與固定於一骨板固定器95。其中,該槽狀空間92係可容置經絞碎之自體移植骨、異體移植骨或其他如骨水泥、人造骨等骨填補物。藉此,係能使該槽狀空間92內的骨填補物通過該槽狀空間92之上、下開口,而與相鄰脊椎椎體相接觸,以利於骨融合之進行。
然而,習知骨融合椎籠9於使用時,不僅需以數骨螺絲96搭配骨板固定器95,方能將骨融合椎籠9限位於骨缺損部位,作為支撐或固定之用。甚至,上述習知骨融合椎籠9僅能適用於椎體之間,且因其結構之繁複,產生有多處的接合界面,而必需以複雜之立體管雷射雕刻、放電成形…等技術方能成型,不只相對增加骨融合椎籠9的加工困難度,更衍生有製作成本上的相對負擔;加上,於脊椎手術進行時,習知骨融合椎籠9的繁複結構,勢必需耗費醫護人員相當的操作時間,以致相對提升手術過程可能存在之感染風險。
此外,更因習知骨融合椎籠9之槽狀空間92與骨融合孔93的不良設計,始終無法抑止生長快速之軟組織侵入,更容易因體內循環系統的流動,而使存在於該槽狀空間92內的骨填補物係輕易自該骨融合孔93產生流失。如此,傳統習知之骨融合椎籠9終究僅能作為椎體間的支撐及固定之用,完全無法於術後扮演引導組織再生之角色, 以致於骨缺損重建的過程依然無法獲得實質上的突破,嚴重影響術後骨組織癒合之效率。
有鑑於此,確實有必要發展一種於術後強化骨組織癒合及穩定性之鈦基脊椎籠型支架,以適用於人體脊椎病變之任意部位,解決如上所述之各種問題。
本發明主要目的乃改良上述缺點,以提供一種脊椎籠型支架,其係能夠以簡易構型避免接合界面之產生,並輕易引導該脊椎籠型支架由平面變形為既定之立體型態,以降低加工困難度與製作成本,並減少每一脊椎籠型支架之變異性者。
本發明次一目的係提供一種脊椎籠型支架,係能夠有效控制其變形應力集中之範圍,以避免於該脊椎籠型支架變形過程,因變形應力過度集中而產生斷裂者。
本發明再一目的係提供一種脊椎籠型支架,係能夠抑止生長快速之軟組織侵入,且避免體內循環系統的流動帶走骨填補物,而可確保骨填補物穩固於其中而不流失者。
本發明又一目的係提供一種脊椎籠型支架,係能夠適用於人體脊椎病變之任意部位,以由穩固於其中之骨填補物引導骨組織再生且加速骨組織癒合者。
為達到前述發明目的,本發明之脊椎籠型支架,包含一基體,該基體係設有複數線槽,每一線槽具有複數彎曲段,其中任二相鄰線槽之間形成一變形支條,每一變形支條形成有一第一基準端及一第二基準端,該第一基準端及 第二基準端分別位於鄰近基體之二相對側緣處,用以於該第一基準端及第二基準端相互靠近時支撐該變形支條之變形,由二維平面轉變為三維立體型態,使該基體呈現中空籠型之態樣,且該基體另具有複數壓痕,各該壓痕形成於該變形支條表面,各該壓痕鄰近該變形支條之第一基準端或第二基準端而遠離該變形支條的中間段。
其中,任二相鄰線槽係將該變形支條區分為一縮徑區及一擴徑區,且該變形支條之擴徑區內係開設有複數微孔。且,該複數微孔之孔徑大小係為1~3毫米;該基體之厚度係為20~200微米。
再者,本發明脊椎籠型支架還可以另設有一終止端,該終止端係位於該複數線槽延伸至基體側緣之端部,且該終止端係為貫穿狀的幾何形微孔。其中,該終止端之態樣係圓形、矩形或方形之空心幾何圖形。
其中,該複數壓痕皆係由該基體表面內凹而成,且任二相鄰變形支條所形成之壓痕位於同一直線,並平行於該基體之第一基準端或第二基準端。且,各該壓痕之寬度係為0.1~0.3毫米。其中,該複數壓痕係成形於該等變形支條之上、下表面,並位於該等複數支條之相對二側,且該複數壓痕係分別交錯形成於該等變形支條之縮徑區及擴徑區。
本發明脊椎籠形支架還可以更設有一生物可分解高分子薄膜,該生物可分解高分子薄膜係形成於該基體的部分表面或全表面。
本發明脊椎籠型支架係選擇將該複數線槽之彎曲段 區分為一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段呈連續間隔設置,且該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段係成相對之弧形。
其中,該縮徑區係位於其一線槽之第一彎曲段相對另一相鄰線槽之第二彎曲段之間,該擴徑區則位於其一線槽之第二彎曲段相對另一相鄰線槽之第一彎曲段之間。
於此,其中任二相鄰線槽共同圈圍形成圓形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔。或者,其中任二相鄰線槽共同圈圍形成眼形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內對應形成眼形之複數微孔。再者,其中任二相鄰線槽共同圈圍形成圓形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔及另形成長條形之複數微孔,且該同心圓形之微孔係與長條形之微孔呈間隔設置。
本發明脊椎籠型支架還可選擇將其中該複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段係呈S形彎曲態樣,該第二彎曲段係呈弧形彎曲態樣。
承上,其中任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成圓形及S形之連續圖紋態樣,S形圖紋處係形成該變形支條之縮徑區,且圓形圖紋處則形成該變形支條之擴徑區,該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔。
除此之外,本發明脊椎籠型支架之複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段皆係由一直線段與一弧線段相接而成,且任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成菱形之連續圖紋態樣。其中, 該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成橢圓形之複數微孔。
或者,該複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段皆係由二直線段與二弧線段相接而成,且任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成矩形之連續圖紋態樣。其中,該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成長圓形之複數微孔。
為讓本發明之上述及其他目的、特徵及優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉本發明之較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:
請參照第2圖所示,其為本發明一較佳實施例,該脊椎籠型支架係選擇由材質為純鈦金屬或鈦合金之基體1所製成,且該基體1之厚度較佳為20~200微米,以便於在手術進行中達到脊椎籠型支架塑形之功效,以下所述之脊椎籠型支架係以〝基體1〞稱之。
該基體1係設有複數線槽11,該複數線槽11具有複數彎曲段111。其中,該複數線槽11之彎曲段111型態係可以選擇為不同曲率或相同曲率之弧形,且以相對或相鄰之方式連續間隔設置,以呈現重複性或非重複性的複數線槽11的彎曲段111之態樣。於此,僅粗略說明該複數線槽11的彎曲段111之變異,且選擇以連續設置且呈相對弧形之型態作為本發明較佳實施例的複數線槽11的彎曲段111之態樣,其他關於該複數線槽11的彎曲段111之變異型態說明,請容後參閱第4至6圖時再一併詳述。
於本實施例中,該複數線槽11之彎曲段111係區分為一第一彎曲段111a及一第二彎曲段111b,該第一彎曲段111a與第二彎曲段111b係呈連續間隔設置,且該第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b較佳係成相對之弧形〔亦即如第2圖所示之第一彎曲段111a與第二彎曲段111b相接成S之型態〕;且,該複數線槽11較佳係由該基體1之一側緣延伸至該基體1之另一相對側緣〔即如第2圖所示由基體1之左側緣朝Y方向延伸至基體1之右側緣〕,且該複數線槽11之端部與基體1之側緣間係具有適當間距。
請配合參照第2及3圖所示,其中任二相鄰之線槽11間係形成一變形支條12,以於該基體1受Y方向之外力擠壓時,容許任二相鄰之變形支條12可沿Z方向相互分離而變形為三維立體型態,以直接使該基體1一體成型為一中空籠形之態樣〔詳如第3圖所示〕,且經成形後之基體1係不存在有任何接合之界面。於本實施例中,其中任二相鄰之線槽11係將該變形支條12分為一縮徑區121及一擴徑區122,該縮徑區121係位於其一線槽11之第一彎曲段111a相對另一相鄰線槽11之第二彎曲段111b之間〔亦即該變形支條12二側邊於基體1表面圈圍之較小區段〕,該擴徑區122則位於其一線槽11之第二彎曲段111b相對另一相鄰線槽11之第一彎曲段111a之間〔亦即該變形支條12二側邊於基體1表面圈圍之較大區段〕。其中,該縮徑區121與擴徑區122係可依照該複數線槽11的彎曲段111之態樣,特別係呈連續間隔設置。
另外,該變形支條12還形成有一第一基準端123及 一第二基準端124,該第一基準端123及第二基準端124係分別位於鄰近基體1之二相對側緣處〔亦即如第2圖所示之左、右側緣〕,用以作為該變形支條12自該基體1產生變形時的分離基準。換言之,該變形支條12與基體1之二相對側緣間係存在有適當間距,以致該變形支條12係可在相接於該基體1之二相對側緣處〔即如第2圖所示之基體1沿X方向延伸之側緣〕,分別形成該第一基準端123及第二基準端124。藉此,係可以使該變形支條12與基體1呈部分相接,亦即使該變形支條12與基體1呈現不完全之分割,使得該變形支條12可以同時自該第一基準端123及第二基準端124撐離,而由二維平面轉變為三維立體型態,使得該基體1呈現較佳中空籠型之態樣,而可以於其中填滿骨填補物。
再者,該基體1另設有複數壓痕13,該複數壓痕13係形成於該變形支條12表面,並位於該變形支條122的預定變形處,於本例而言,該複數壓痕13係形成於鄰近該基體1之側緣處,特別係指鄰近於該複數變形支條12所形成之第一基準端123及第二基準端124。該複數壓痕13係可以選擇成形於該變形支條12之上或下表面〔意指可成形於該基體1之單面或雙面〕,或者還可以選擇成形於該變形支條12鄰近該基體1之二相對側緣〔意指可成形於該複數變形支條12之單側或雙側〕。其中,該複數壓痕13皆係由該基體1表面內凹而成,且各該壓痕13之寬度較佳係為0.1~0.3毫米,以具有引導該變形支條12可輕易上、下撐開之較佳效果。
於本實施例中,該複數壓痕13係選擇成形於該變形支條12之上、下表面,並同時位於該複數支條12鄰近該基體1之二相對側緣處〔意指該複數支條12之左、右二側〕,且該複數壓痕13較佳係分別交錯形成於該變形支條12之縮徑區121及擴徑區122。特別係如第2圖所示,該壓痕13〔即成形於該基體1上表面之壓痕13a〕較佳係成形於其一變形支條12之擴徑區122,另一壓痕13〔即成形於該基體1下表面之壓痕13b〕則成形於另一相鄰變形支條12之縮徑區121,且壓痕13a、13b係平行於該第一基準端123及第二基準端124。簡言之,該複數壓痕13的凹面開口方向係相對於該變形支條12受擠壓變形之方向,請參閱第3圖所示,係以形成三條變形支條12a、12b及12為例,該變形支條12a、12c受擠壓朝該基體1之Z方向變形,則該壓痕13a係形成於該變形支條12a、12c之上表面〔如圖所示係位於該複數支條12之擴徑區122〕,且該壓痕13a的凹面開口方向亦朝該基體1之Z方向設置;反之,該變形支條12b受擠壓朝該基體1之Z’方向變形,則該壓痕13b係形成於該變形支條12b之下表面〔如圖所示係位於該複數支條12之縮徑區121〕,且該壓痕13b的凹面開口方向亦朝該基體1之Z’方向設置。藉此,遂能使變形應力集中於該壓痕13處,而順勢朝既定方向分離該變形支條12,達到該變形支條12可呈較佳展開型態之功效。
注意的是,上述僅揭示其一實施例,並不以此限定該壓痕13成形於該變形支條12之縮徑區121或擴徑區122時,該壓痕13的凹面開口方向應該固定朝向該基體1之上 或下〔即Z方向或Z’方向〕,係屬熟習該技藝之人士依據上述原則所能輕易理解並加以應用,不再逐一贅述。
再者,本發明脊椎籠型支架還可以另設有複數微孔2,該複數微孔2皆呈貫穿狀地開設於該基體1表面,以使該基體1之上、下表面係呈連通。詳言之,該複數微孔2係開設於該變形支條12之擴徑區122,較佳係因應任二相鄰線槽11的彎曲段111態樣,而與該任二相鄰線槽11之彎曲段111呈現相互對應之型態。例如:任二相鄰線槽11共同圈圍形成如圓形之連續圖紋態樣時,便可於該變形支條12之擴徑區122內對應形成如同心圓形之複數微孔2。於本實施例中,該複數微孔2之孔徑大小可以選擇為0.5~3.5毫米,特別係選擇為1~3毫米之複數微孔2,以減輕該基體1之重量、增加該基體1之可撓性以及減少於X光照射時造成干擾。其中,該複數微孔2之形態係能與任二相鄰線槽11之彎曲段111相配合,容後配合第4至8圖再一併說明該複數微孔2之變異。
此外,本發明脊椎籠型支架還可以選擇於該基體1之表面形成一生物可分解高分子薄膜3〔詳參第9圖所示〕,該生物可分解高分子薄膜3係可選擇成形於基體1之部分或全表面。於本實施例中,該生物可分解高分子薄膜3較佳僅係成形於該基體1未與骨創傷處接觸之部分表面〔亦即同位於一側之變形支條12表面〕,以由該生物可分解高分子薄膜3阻隔軟組織侵入,並同時由未成形該生物可分解高分子薄膜3之部分與骨創傷處接觸,以透過骨填補物誘導骨組織之生長,達到加速骨組織再生癒合之功 效。其中,該生物可分解高分子薄膜3係可以選擇由膠原蛋白、幾丁聚醣、動物膠質或透明質酸等材質所形成。
承上述,本發明脊椎籠型支架係可於上述原則下以任意方式進行製作,於此僅以本發明較佳實施例作為舉例說明,以簡述該脊椎籠型支架之成形過程,如下:
請再配合參照第2及3圖所示,選擇厚度為50微米之鈦箔作為該基體1,以於鈦箔表面雷射加工成形有複數線槽11,該複數線槽11的彎曲段111係呈相對弧形設計,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係可以圈圍形成如圓形、菱形等圖紋態樣,並同時於該變形支條12之擴徑區122內成形孔徑為2毫米之複數微孔2,以由任二相鄰線槽11之間所形成的變形支條12共同排列為陣列鈦網〔如第2圖所示之二維平面態樣,該較佳實施例僅以三變形支條為例,以下係以〝12a、12b及12c〞分別稱之〕,同時利用雷射加工於該變形支條12端部成形徑寬為0.2毫米之壓痕13,特別係成形於該變形支條12的左、右相對應側,且於該基體1上、下表面所形成之壓痕13凹面開口係呈不同方向;最終,再將成形之陣列鈦網浸置於37%鹽酸中持續30分鐘,以使鈦箔表面粗糙度達小於1.5微米,而完成本發明脊椎籠型支架之製作。
在需要使用時,係沿第3圖所示之箭頭方向〔即為該基體1之Y方向〕施予一外力,以由該基體1相對二側緣共同朝內擠壓,使得二維平面之陣列鈦網〔亦即第2圖所示之變形支條12a、12b及12c〕可以輕易分離,而立即轉變為三維立體之中空籠型。其中,該變形支條12a、12c係 以該第一基準端123及第二基準端124為支點,且順勢將變形應力集中於該壓痕13a處,以隨該壓痕13a之凹面開口方向撐起,朝該基體1之Z方向〔即圖面所示之上方〕推擠變形;另一方面,該變形支條12b則以該第一基準端123及第二基準端124為支點,且同樣順勢將變形應力集中於該壓痕13b處,以隨該壓痕13b之凹面開口方向撐起,朝該基體1之Z’方向〔即圖面所示之下方〕推擠變形,藉此係可由該變形支條12a、12b及12c經變形展開後圈圍出一填補空間S〔詳如第3圖所示之三維立體態樣〕,以完成本發明脊椎籠型支架於實際使用時的較佳實施態樣。
注意的是,上述僅以最簡態樣說明之,故於相同原則下,該脊椎籠型支架之長度〔意指該變形支條12於該基體1形成陣列之數目〕係可依需求而定,特別係以能符合2~3節脊椎厚度為較佳,而同樣在外力擠壓下,呈現如第3圖所示之任二相鄰變形支條12係呈上、下交錯之變形態樣即可,屬熟習該技藝之人士依據上述原則可輕易思及且加以應用,於此不再逐一贅述。
由於基體1之任二相鄰之變形支條12係朝不同方向相互遠離而圈圍出該填補空間S,因此,位於填補空間S同一側的複數變形支條12係成間隔排列而形成至少一空隙G,該空隙G之外形即等同於一變形支條12的外形。於使用時,容置於填補空間S內的骨填補物係藉由該空隙G與骨組織接觸,因此,擴徑區122的徑寬尺寸應小於骨填補物之大小較為適當,擴徑區122之徑寬係選擇為1.5-4.5毫米,較佳係選擇為2-4毫米,使得骨填補物不會 經由該空隙G滲出而流失,以達到限制骨填補物之移動空間的較佳功效,並供予骨填補物能自該空隙G與骨組織接觸,進而加速骨組織再生癒合之效率。
除上述之外,本發明脊椎籠型支架亦可以選擇成形有不同彎曲段111態樣之複數線槽11,以透過該複數線槽11的彎曲段111曲型設計,便能增加變形後該變形支條12之順暢度,進而避免因角狀設計所造成的扭轉斷裂及傷害,以同時提升該變形支條12於變形後之支撐強度。
請參閱第4至6圖所示,皆係具有不同彎曲段111態樣之複數線槽11搭配不同態樣複數微孔2之示意圖,分別簡述如下:
如第4圖所示,該複數線槽11具有連續間隔設置且呈相對弧形的第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係共同圈圍形成如眼形〔相當於橢圓形〕之連續圖紋態樣,並於其一線槽11之第二彎曲段111b與另一相鄰線槽11之第一彎曲段111a所形成之擴徑區122內,對應搭配有相似如眼形之複數微孔2;或者,如第5圖所示,該複數線槽11具有連續間隔設置且呈相對弧形的第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係共同圈圍形成如圓形之連續圖紋態樣,並於其一線槽11之第二彎曲段111b與另一相鄰線槽11之第一彎曲段111a所形成之擴徑區122內,對應搭配有相似如圓形之複數微孔2,以及另搭配有如長條形之複數微孔2,且圓形微孔係與長條形微孔呈間隔狀設置;另外,如第6圖所示,該複數線槽11具有連續間隔設置的第一彎曲段111a及第 二彎曲段111b,該第一彎曲段111a係呈S形彎曲態樣,該第二彎曲段111b係呈弧形彎曲態樣,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係共同圈圍形成如圓形及S形之連續圖紋11態樣,並於任二相鄰線槽11所形成之擴徑區122內,對應搭配有相似如圓形之複數微孔2,其中S形圖紋處係形成該變形支條12之縮徑區121,且圓形圖紋處則形成該變形支條12之擴徑區122。此上述之外,還可以如第7圖所示,該複數線槽11具有連續間隔設置的第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b,該第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b皆特別係由一直線段與一弧線段相接而成,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係共同圈圍形成如菱形之連續圖紋態樣,並於其一線槽11之第二彎曲段111b與另一相鄰線槽11之第一彎曲段111a所形成之擴徑區122內,對應搭配有相似如橢圓形之複數微孔2;再則,還可以如第8圖所示,該複數線槽11同樣具有連續間隔設置的第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b,該第一彎曲段111a及第二彎曲段111b皆特別係由二直線段與二弧線段相接而成,且其中任二相鄰線槽11係共同圈圍形成如矩形之連續圖紋態樣,並於其一線槽11之第二彎曲段111b與另一相鄰線槽11之第一彎曲段111a所形成之擴徑區122內,對應搭配有相似如長圓形之複數微孔2。
以上,參閱第4至8圖所示,皆僅粗略說明各種不同形態之設計,其原則皆相同於本發明較佳實施例之說明,係屬熟習該技藝之人士依據上述詳細說明可輕易思及並加以應用,於此不再加以詳述。
請參照第9圖所示,本發明脊椎籠型支架於實際使用且經手術置於骨創傷處時,係先將骨填補物容置於脊椎籠型支架經變形後所形成之填補空間S內〔意指由二維平面轉為三維立體之中空籠型基體1,以下即稱之〝脊椎籠型支架〞〕,再將本發明脊椎籠型支架以手術線縫合,並固定於骨創傷之適當部位,特別係如圖所示,直接放置於椎體4連接之棘突41與橫突42之間,不需再以骨釘強力鎖入,即可完成本發明脊椎籠型支架植入之手術。
除上述之外,請參照第10及11圖所示,其係為本發明另一較佳實施例,於本實施例中,該脊椎籠型支架還可以選擇另設有一終止端14,該終止端14係位於該線槽11延伸至基體1側緣之端部〔即為該線槽11之末端處〕,且該終止端14係為貫穿狀的幾何形微孔。藉此,係可避免該變形支條12受擠壓變形時,該變形支條12所承受之變形應力輕易沿該線槽11端部無止境延伸,而造成該線槽11於端部產生裂縫,甚至延伸至該基體1側緣,產生該變形支條12斷裂之情形。其中,該終止端14係一體成形於該線槽11之端部,較佳係分別成形於該複數線槽11之二對應端部〔即如第7圖所示之線槽11左、右二端〕,且該終止端14之態樣係可以選擇為圓形、矩形、方形…等任意呈貫穿狀的幾何形態。
本發明脊椎籠型支架之主要特徵在於:藉由該基體1表面設有複數線槽11,且其中任二相鄰線槽11之間係可形成一變形支條12,該些變形支條12便能於適當的外力擠壓下,輕易沿該二相鄰線槽11自二維平面型態變形為三 維立體型態,同時,該變形支條12受外力作用所產生的變形應力遂能集中於該壓痕13處,進而透過該壓痕13導引該變形支條12呈上、下交錯之變形,以便直接使該基體1一體成型為一中空籠形之態樣,確保每一脊椎籠型支架具有相同展開之型態,達到降低每一脊椎籠型支架產生變異之功效;甚至,經成形後之基體1係不存在有任何接合之界面,而不致於長時間下因接合界面產生該基體1鬆動,而破壞中空籠形態樣之情形,並可再透過該複數線槽11之終止端14設置,以於該終止端14處發揮緩衝作用,而分散該變形支條12所承受的變形應力,達到避免該變形支條12於末端處產生損害、斷裂之功效;另外,更可由該複數線槽11的彎曲段111之曲度設計,增加變形後該變形支條12之順暢度,進而避免因其他角狀設計所造成的扭轉斷裂及傷害,而可同時提升該變形支條12變形後的支撐強度,且增加整體脊椎籠型支架之穩定性。
如此,不僅可以降低脊椎籠型支架製作過程的加工困難度,以輕易引導該脊椎籠型支架由平面轉為既定立體態樣,並且有效控制變形應力集中之範圍,避免於脊椎籠型支架的變形過程中,因變形應力的過度集中而產生斷裂之情形。甚至,透過該複數微孔2的孔徑設計,減輕該基體1之重量、增加該基體1之可撓性,以及減少於X光照射時造成干擾,並輔以該生物可分解高分子薄膜3,同時阻隔外部軟組織之侵入,而達到供予骨組織具有良好再生空間之功效;同時,填充於脊椎籠型支架內之骨填補物則能自該空隙G與骨組織產生接觸,以透過骨填補物誘導骨組 織生長,進而加速骨組織再生癒合之效率。
綜上所述,本發明脊椎籠型支架係能夠以簡易構型避免接合界面之產生,係能夠降低脊椎籠型支架的加工困難度與製作成本,且輕易引導該脊椎籠型支架由平面變形為既定之立體型態,以達到減少每一脊椎籠型支架變異之功效。再者,本發明脊椎籠型支架更能夠有效控制變形應力集中之範圍,同時於脊椎籠型支架變形過程,達到避免變形應力過度集中而產生斷裂之功效。甚至,本發明脊椎籠型支架更能夠抑止生長快速之軟組織侵入,且避免體內循環系統的流動帶走骨填補物,而可達到確保骨填補物穩固於其中而不流失之功效。此外,本發明脊椎籠型支架還能夠適用於人體脊椎病變之任意部位,以由穩固於其中之骨填補物,達到引導骨組織再生且加速骨組織癒合之功效。
雖然本發明已利用上述較佳實施例揭示,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍之內,相對上述實施例進行各種更動與修改仍屬本發明所保護之技術範疇,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (18)

  1. 一種脊椎籠型支架,包含一基體,該基體設有複數線槽,每一線槽具有複數彎曲段,其中任二相鄰線槽之間形成一變形支條,每一變形支條形成有一第一基準端及一第二基準端,該第一基準端及第二基準端分別位於鄰近基體之二相對側緣處,用以於該第一基準端及第二基準端相互靠近時支撐該變形支條之變形,由二維平面轉變為三維立體型態,使該基體呈現中空籠型之態樣,且該基體另具有複數壓痕,各該壓痕形成於該變形支條表面,各該壓痕鄰近該變形支條之第一基準端或第二基準端而遠離該變形支條的中間段。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中任二相鄰線槽係將該變形支條區分為一縮徑區及一擴徑區,且該變形支條之擴徑區內係開設有複數微孔。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中另設有一終止端,該終止端係位於該複數線槽延伸至基體側緣之端部,且該終止端係為貫穿狀的幾何形微孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中另設有一終止端,該終止端係位於該複數線槽延伸至基體側緣之端部,且該終止端係為貫穿狀的幾何形微孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數壓痕皆係由該基體表面內凹而成,且該複數壓痕平行於該變形支條之第一基準端或第二基準端。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,該複 數壓痕係成形於該等變形支條之上、下表面,並位於該等複數支條之相對二側,且該複數壓痕係分別交錯形成於該等變形支條之縮徑區及擴徑區。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該基體之厚度係為20~200微米,各該壓痕之寬度係為0.1~0.3毫米。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數微孔之孔徑大小係為1~3毫米。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中另設有一生物可分解高分子薄膜,其係形成於該基體的部分表面或全表面。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數線槽之彎曲段係區分為一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段與第二彎曲段呈連續間隔設置,且該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段係成相對之弧形。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該縮徑區係位於其一線槽之第一彎曲段相對另一相鄰線槽之第二彎曲段之間,該擴徑區則位於其一線槽之第二彎曲段相對另一相鄰線槽之第一彎曲段之間。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成圓形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成眼形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成眼形之複數微孔。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成圓形之連續圖紋態樣,且該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔及另形成長條形之複數微孔,且該同心圓形之微孔係與長條形之微孔呈間隔設置。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段係呈S形彎曲態樣,該第二彎曲段係呈弧形彎曲態樣。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成圓形及S形之連續圖紋態樣,S形圖紋處係形成該變形支條之縮徑區,且圓形圖紋處則形成該變形支條之擴徑區,該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成同心圓形之複數微孔。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段皆係由一直線段與一弧線段相接而成,且任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成菱形之連續圖紋態樣,該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形成橢圓形之複數微孔。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第2或4項所述之脊椎籠型支架,其中該複數線槽具有連續間隔設置的一第一彎曲段及一第二彎曲段,該第一彎曲段及第二彎曲段皆係由二直線段與二弧線段相接而成,且任二相鄰線槽係共同圈圍形成矩形之連續圖紋態樣,該變形支條之擴徑區內係對應形 成長圓形之複數微孔。
