Claims (12)

  1. 一種無機纖維成形體,其係以無機纖維之墊狀集合體所構成,且施以織針處理的無機纖維成形體,其特徵為該墊面每單位面積的織針密度為超過50根/cm2 且250根/cm2 以下,進而滿足下述i)、ii)及iii)之所有條件:i)依以下方法所測定、算出之NA /NB 比為0.5以下;ii)依以下方法所測定、算出的縱紗束寬度為0.3mm以下;iii)墊面上任意3mm×3mm面積之全部區域內存在織針痕;<NA /NB 比>由無機纖維成形體之長軸方向及短軸方向分別以3mm間隔採集剖面,並由光學實態顯微鏡之放大影像,計數各個剖面可目視之縱紗束根數,將沿著長軸方向之剖面A之寬W=2cm區域中存在之縱紗束根數視為NA 、沿著短軸方向之與剖面A鄰接之剖面B之寬W=2cm區域中存在之縱紗束根數視為NB ,算出NA /NB 比;縱紗束根數的計數係分別對於3處進行,並將其平均值分別定為NA 、NB ;此處,長軸方向係製造無機纖維之墊狀集合體時的送出方向,短軸方向係與該送出方向垂直之方向;<縱紗束寬>測定上述NA /NB 比時,對於沿著長軸方向之剖面A所標 出之10根縱紗束,測定寬度最大部分的寬,求出其平均值。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之無機纖維成形體,其中,剝離強度為5N以上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之無機纖維成形體,其中,發塵量為0.1wt%以下。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之無機纖維成形體,其中,具有該墊面內凹凸差及表裏凹凸差最大1mm以下的平滑性。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之無機纖維成形體,其中,該無機纖維為氧化鋁/二氧化矽系纖維。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之無機纖維成形體,其係對根據溶膠-凝膠法所得之無機纖維前驅體的墊狀集合體予以織針處理後煅燒而成。
  7. 一種墊,其特徵為含有申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之無機纖維成形體。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項之墊,其中,有機黏合劑含量為未滿2重量%。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項之墊,其中,未含有有機黏合劑。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7至9項中任一項之墊,其中,係為廢氣洗淨裝置用墊。
  11. 一種廢氣洗淨裝置,係具備觸媒載持體、用以覆蓋該觸媒載持體外側之罩殼、和該觸媒載持體與該罩殼之間介裝之墊者,其特徵在於,該墊為申請專利範圍第10項之墊。
  12. 一種無機纖維成形體之製造方法,係申請專利範圍第1至6項中任一項之無機纖維成形體之製造方法,其係具有以下步驟:根據溶膠-凝膠法取得無機纖維前驅體之墊狀集合體的步驟;和對所得之無機纖維前驅體的墊狀集合體施以織針處理的步驟。
