【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有5個輪輻並成星形狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面,該每一個輪輻各成薄型寬面的梯形狀,其徑向的一側邊形成向順時針方向捲曲上揚、另一側邊則向深度方向潛入,彼此之間構成一個像渦輪葉片般,當轉動時能捲進散熱用的渦流等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成,頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,在其前端部形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該輪圈部正面包含一個薄型的鈑件封閉在其輪徑表面,該鈑件除了在中央部形成一個五瓣星形狀的鏤空部之外,沿此鏤空部外側形成5個略呈三角形的翼片。該輪輻部具有5個輪輻補償在該星形狀鏤空部之中,該每一個輪輻各成薄型寬面的梯形狀,分別閉塞在該五瓣略呈梯形狀的鏤孔中;及,該每一個輪輻徑向的一側邊各自形成向順時針方向捲曲上揚,另一側邊則向深度方向凹進潛入,及在該輪輻與輪輻之間形成一個有高低落差像裂縫般的縫隙,看起來宛若渦輪葉片般。又,該等輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進,內側端各自形成一個捲曲飛揚的楔形端部並匯集在一個低窪圓形的軸心部,且上述鈑件之5個三角形翼片分別向中心方向凹進彎曲等。如上述之輪箍,有別於傳統設計型式,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鈑件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visual. As shown in the attached figure, the new style "wheel hoop" basically includes an axial rim and a hub part connected to its radial surface. The rim part has a cylindrical profile with a relatively wide width when viewed from the side, and a ring-shaped flange with a rapidly increasing diameter is formed at its front end. From the perspective of the three-dimensional image and the front view, the front side of the rim portion includes a thin plate sealed on its wheel diameter surface. In addition to forming a five-petal star-shaped hollow portion in the center, the plate also forms five slightly triangular winglets along the outer side of the hollow portion. The hub portion has five hubs to compensate for the star-shaped hollow portion, each hub is in a thin wide trapezoidal shape, and is respectively closed in the five-petal slightly trapezoidal hollow holes; and, one radial side of each hub is formed to curl upward in the clockwise direction, while the other side is recessed in the depth direction, and a gap with a height difference like a crack is formed between the hubs, which looks like a turbine blade. Furthermore, the hubs are gradually recessed from the periphery to the center, and the inner ends are each formed into a curled and flying wedge-shaped end and converged into a low-pitched circular axis, and the five triangular wings of the plate are respectively recessed and bent toward the center.
