【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍造形的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,呈寬幅大孔徑之運動造型,表面上在軸心部與輪箍本體之間形成有7個朝徑外方向漸擴大、略呈扇形之輻條單元,並呈放射狀排列,該等輻條單元之間分別形成有一個略呈”V”字形、具有半圓形角落的鏤空界面,且該輻條單元分別以兩波段式朝向中心形成漸進的凹陷曲面,及在鑄件表面上稜角稜線顯得格外分明等,都突顯出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣輪箍的形狀,如附圖所示,本體由鋁合金等一體鑄成,外觀呈一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,從側視圖看,其軸向表面上由外側往中央部形成愈漸強烈的凹凸起伏表面,同樣地表現在輪箍內側表面上,及在軸向兩端即徑向前、後端部上分別形成一個徑圍驟增之環狀突緣部。從前視圖看,本體自軸向內側往外側形成一個逐漸擴大、具有錐度的孔徑口部,在其表面中心包含有一個圓形、低於表面之凹陷的軸心部;該軸心部與本體之間,藉由7個成等角、放射狀排列之輻條單元連接成一體,每一輻條單元之寬度分別自軸心部往徑外方向逐漸擴大,及至外側端驟增大與本體輪廓融合在一起,看起來略呈”扇形”狀;並且,於輻條單元與輻條單元之間分別形成有一個略呈”V”字形的鏤空界面,該V形鏤空界面接近軸心部之內側端修飾成半圓形角隅,相對之外側端則受輻條單元之擴大的緣部略成閉塞狀。從立體圖來看,上述之輻條單元分別以兩波段式朝向中心形成漸進的凹陷曲面,即自本體輪廓以一個緩和曲率向內側形成一個緩和的凹陷部,然後在接近軸心部之外周以一個相對較小的曲率往中心形成一個強烈凹陷的軸心部;該軸心部表面實質上為朝外側鼓出、具有曲率之圓曲面,其中心包含有一個徑長略大的中心孔徑,治該中心孔徑外周等距地配設有5個徑長略小的沉孔,用以容置螺帽及將輪箍固定在輪轂上,又且在該沉孔與沉孔之間分別綴設有一個小圓孔徑等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣輪箍,係結合美感與機能為設計導向,造形考究細膩,並藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的稜角稜線表達出一種率性、動感的原創性;創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
