【物品用途】;本創作物品係有關一種「閘閥用密封構件」,係適用在例如半導體製造裝置等之複合密封材。如A-A斷面線剖視圖所示,本創作物品之複合密封材係由橡膠製之第1構件、及比該橡膠製之第1構件更硬質之合成樹脂製的第2構件所構成。該等第1構件與第2構件係在組合之狀態下使用,或以接著劑接著2個構件之間而使用。在將本創作物品安裝在密封槽時,藉由配置在密封槽之外周側的橡膠製之第1構件來確保密封性。此外,藉由配置在密封槽之內周側之合成樹脂製的第2構件,確保以第1構件無法充分地發揮之耐電漿性或耐腐蝕氣體性。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關第98302336號「閘閥用密封構件」之聯合新式樣之聯合(一)外形設計。配合立體圖及A-A斷面線剖視圖與其A-A斷面線局部放大剖視圖所示,本創作之本體同時如第一構件及第二構件之各視圖顯示,係呈現由較大直徑之第一構件與小於該第一構件直徑之第二構件而呈現整體為圓環形體之特殊造形。其中,第一構件外側周面係大致形成中間向外側呈弧狀凸出之外側凸緣,而其內側周面中間則係形成向內側呈大致梯形凸出之內側凸緣,由上述該內外凸緣而形成如A-A斷面線局部放大剖視圖所示象徵十字狀截面形。其中,第二構件外側周面係大致形成中間為略梯形凹溝狀之外側凹緣,而其內側周面中間則係形成傾斜角度較大之梯形凸狀之內側凸緣。再如A-A斷面線局部放大剖視圖所示,上述第一構件內側凸緣係與第二構件外側凹緣兩者呈現相脗合密貼狀態。如使用狀態參考圖所示,係顯示本創作物品安裝於密封槽之局部斷面放大剖視狀態。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎獨特之視覺效果及創作性。[Application of the article] This invention relates to a "sealing member for a gate valve", which is a composite sealing material suitable for use in, for example, semiconductor manufacturing devices.
