Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a paper turning machine, in particular to a paper collecting device and a method for stacking papers which can be rotated and lifted at the same time to stack the front and back sides of the cardboard to prevent the paperboard from being bent.
During the manufacture and transportation of paper, the paper must be adjusted to maintain the consistency of the paper. Usually, the paper is guided by the guides on both sides during the conveyance process, but the normal state of both sides of the paper after the guide is slightly bent. Furthermore, after the paper is continuously conveyed and stacked, if the middle of the paper is uneven, the paper stacked on the opposite side tends to be bent on both sides, and when the thickness of the paper is thick, it is necessary to return to the original shape after bending. It takes a while to get to the sides with considerable power. In view of this, the manufacturer reverses the paper during the paper conveying process, and the paper sheets are stacked on each other on the front and back sides to solve the problem that the sides of the paper are bent after the sheets are stacked on one side.
For example, the turning machine of the Chinese utility model patent No. CN201756365U mainly comprises a frame, a motor, a mounting plate, two transmission parts and two anti-drop parts. The frame is used for the support motor, the mounting plate, the two transmission members, and the two anti-drop components. A first mounting plate is fixed on an output shaft of the motor, the first mounting plate can be rotated by the motor, and a second mounting plate at the other end of the frame rotates in the same direction as the motor. Furthermore, the two transport members for transporting an inversion plate are mounted between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, and the two transmitting members rotate in the same direction as the two mounting plates. The two retaining members are interposed between the two transport members. Accordingly, the flipper can be prevented from falling off when the flipper is turned over. When the motor drives the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate to be turned 180°, the rotating plate and the two conveying members are also turned over at the same time. However, the flipper can only flip the flipper, the flipper cannot stack for the flipper, and the flipper is less able to move in response to the height of the flipper. Therefore, how to design a paper machine that can simultaneously flip and stack paper is obviously a problem to be solved.

Please refer to FIG. 4, which is a flow chart of a method for stacking sheets on the front and back of the present invention. It should be noted here that this method does not reverse each of the papers. Specifically, in order to achieve stacking of the paper on the front and back sides, the paper does not need to be turned over in the previous one, and the paper must be reversed in the latter state, so that the preceding paper and the latter paper are stacked on the front side or the back side. Furthermore, in order to clearly distinguish the transport flow of each of the sheets, the present invention divides the sheets into a first sheet and a second sheet and interprets the method for conveying the first sheet and the second sheet. First, the method for stacking sheets on the front and back sides of the present invention first proceeds to step S10: the first sheet of paper placed face up is conveyed by the sheet feeding device 1, as shown in FIG. 5-1. Then, step S11 is further performed: raising the conveying pulley 3 to receive the first paper, and continuing to convey the first paper into the paper carrying platform 2, as shown in FIG. 5-2. Then, the step S12 is performed to start the lifting device 4 connected to the paper feeding platform 2, so that the paper feeding platform 2 is driven by the lifting device 4 to rise from the paper receiving position to the paper discharge position, and When the paper-carrying platform 2 is located at the paper-discharging position, the paper-feeding device 5 is used to push the first paper on the paper-carrying platform 2 to separate the first paper from the paper-carrying platform 2, so that the first paper Place it face up in the paper collection area, as shown in Figure 5-3 and Figure 5-4. It should be noted that the transport pulley 3 can be lowered and returned to the initial position away from the paper-carrying platform 2 after the first paper enters the paper-carrying platform 2, or can be lifted and lowered on the paper-carrying platform 2 After the device 4 is driven up, it is lowered to the initial position in the direction away from the paper receiving platform 2. Then, step S13 is performed: the lifting device 4 is restarted, and the turning device 21 on the paper feeding platform 2 is simultaneously activated to return the turning device 21 to the paper receiving position from the paper discharge position to the paper receiving position. During the process, the paper feeding platform 2 is turned over, and the paper feeding platform 2 is returned to the paper receiving position by the lifting device 4, as shown in FIG. 5-5. Then, step S14 is further performed: the second paper placed face up is transported by the paper feeding device 1, and reference may be made to FIG. 5-1. Then, step S15 is further performed: lifting the conveying pulley 3 to receive the second paper, and continuing to convey the second paper into the paper carrying platform 2, refer to FIG. 5-2. Then, the step S16 is further performed: the second paper is pressed by the pressing member 25 to restrict the second paper from being located in the paper feeding platform 2 to prevent the second paper from being separated from the paper loading platform 2 during the turning process. Then, proceeding to step S17: restarting the lifting device 4 and simultaneously starting the turning device 21 on the paper carrying platform 2, so that the paper feeding platform 2 is generated during the process of being displaced from the paper receiving position to the paper discharging position. When the paper feeding platform 2 is located at the paper discharge position, the paper pushing device 5 is used to push the second paper on the paper feeding platform 2 to separate the second paper from the paper feeding platform 2, The second paper is placed on the paper collecting area with the reverse side facing up and the second paper is opposed to the front side of the first paper. Referring to Figures 5-4 and 5-5. It should be noted that the transport pulley 3 can be lowered and returned to the initial position away from the paper-carrying platform 2 after the second paper enters the paper-carrying platform 2, or can be lifted and lowered on the paper-carrying platform 2 After the device 4 is driven up, it is lowered to the initial position in the direction away from the paper receiving platform 2. Moreover, the turning device 21 preferably rotates the paper carrying platform 2 by 180 degrees in each inversion, but is not limited to this embodiment.
In summary, the present invention is a paper collecting device and method for stacking sheets on the front and back sides, which uses a paper feeding device to transport at least one paper placed face up and then transported by a conveyor belt. The paper goes to a paper carrying platform. Then, the paper feeding platform is lifted by a lifting device and each paper is pushed to a paper collecting area by a paper pushing device. Next, the lifting platform is used to lower the paper receiving platform and the folding platform is turned over using a turning device. Then, the paper feeding device is used to convey another paper placed face up and then convey the other paper to the paper feeding platform by the conveying pulley. Then, the lifting platform is used to lift the paper receiving platform and use the turning device to invert the paper feeding platform and then push the other paper to the paper collecting region by the pushing device. According to this, each of the sheets is stacked on each other with the front side or the back side, so that the problem that the central portion and the end portion of each of the sheets are bent can be effectively prevented.
