部,使第1針行與第2針行間之經編針織紗及設置於第2針 行與第3針行之鉤編針織紗粗於其他紗。 於曰本專利特公昭52_18616號公報(專利文獻2)中,關於 拉鏈製造用織物(textile)帶,揭示如下,即,為了強化將 支持帶彼此縫合製成一個寬織物帶時之帶緣部,而將粗紗 用作為限定帶緣部之釣編針織紗、變形重經針織紗及塾 紗’藉此可改良支持帶之強度及彈性。 於曰本專利特開平9_3職公報(專利文獻3)中提出有 ,拉鍵用經編鍵布,其係具備於縱向排列之複數個經圈 窄幅之經編鏈布’其特徵在於:鏈齒安裝部係由縱向非 縮之編織組織(於實施例中,由鉤編針織紗與盆他針織 交織而成之編織組織)編織而成,且使該編織組織之外 經圈之針織紗為粗針織紗,鍵布主體部由可於縱向伸縮 編織組織(於實施例中,係締捲紗之單股針織紗與㈣ 之其他針織紗交織而成之編織組織)編織而成,且該編 【發明内容】 發明所欲解決之問題 上述先前技術並非以拉鏈之輕量化為目的,故對於輕量 化之解決策未有任何提示。於用於慢跑(running)、騎單車 (cycling)及健行(tracking)之戶外運動(〇utd〇〇r sp〇r⑷之便 攜用防風衣(windcheater)或女性蕾絲(Ladies,Lace)、嬰幼 兒開襟毛衣(baby cardigan)等非常重視輕度之物品申,若 能夠一面保持強度一面使拉鏈輕量化,則較為有利。 另一方面,安裝於拉鏈鏈布之鏈齒令,存在有以金屬製 鏈齒及於鏈布上射出成形之樹脂製鏈齒為代表之單獨鏈 齒、或以環扣狀之樹脂製鏈齒為代表之連續鏈齒,而環扣 狀之樹脂製鏈齒不僅較輕,而且柔軟性較高。較理想的 是,如上所述之便攜用物品中可易於摺疊收納於衣袋等, 因此,在實現拉鏈之輕量化之基礎上,一方面亦考慮使用 之鏈齒之種類’ 一方面不斷追求拉鏈鏈布之改善則較為有 利。 因此’本發明之課題之-在於提供—種❹具有經編組 織之編物製鏈布與環扣狀之樹脂製鏈齒,並且兼具輕度及 153550.doc 201212844 強度之拉鏈鏈帶。本發明之其他課題之—在於提供一種包 含此類拉鏈鏈帶之拉鏈鏈條。本發明之又一其他課題之二 在於提供一種包含此類拉鏈鏈條之拉鏈。 解決問題之技術手段 本發明者為實現拉鍵之輕量化,而研究使構成拉鍵鍵布 之針織紗變細,但知悉若使紗整體變細,則會導致無法獲 得所需之強度(尤其是鏈條橫拉強度)。然而,本發明者進 而繼續研究後,發現若藉由橫跨一個經圈配置2根用以縫 合鏈齒排之面紗而形成2根縫製線,並且使橫跨該2根縫製 線之内側之縫製線之針織紗中之任丨根針織紗充分變粗, 則即便其他紗較細,亦可獲得實用性之強度。 以上述見解為基礎而完成之本發明t一態樣係一種拉鍵 鍵帶’其係具備以下之拉鍵鍵帶⑽):包含鏈齒安裝部 (A)及鏈布主體部(B) ’且具有經編組織之編物製鏈布 (100、200);以及縫合於鏈齒安裝部(A)上之環扣狀之樹脂 製鏈齒排(1〇1);且,該拉鏈鏈帶係藉由橫跨一個經圈 (W2)配置2根用以將上述鏈齒排〇〇1)縫合於鍵齒㈣部⑷ 之面办(106)而形成2根縫製線,並且,橫跨該2根縫製線之 内側之縫製線之針織紗中之任i根針織紗(ι〇4·、ι〇5”、 loop)交織3根針織紗之紗圈數係紗圈總數之5〇%以 上。 於本發明之拉鏈鏈帶之進而其他一實施形態中,上述鏈 布(100、200)係由鉤編針織紗(1〇3、1〇3,)及經編針織紗 (104、104’)’進而加上選自緞紋針織紗(1〇5、1〇5,、1〇5„) 及變形重經針織紗(112、112,)中之1種之合計3種編織而 成。 於本發明之拉鏈鏈帶之進而其他一實施形態中,橫跨内 側之縫製線之上述1根針織紗(1〇4,、1〇5"、丨12,)係選自由 經編針織紗(104’)、緞紋針織紗(1〇5„)及變形重經針織紗 (112’)所組成之群。 153550.doc 201212844 於本發明之拉鏈鏈帶之進而其他一實施形態中,用以縫 合鏈齒排(101)之2根面紗(106)所橫跨之經圈(W2)係自鏈齒 安裝部之外側數來第2個經圈。 於本發明之拉鏈鏈帶之進而其他一實施形態中,上述面 紗(106)之纖度為1〇〇〜350 dTex。 本發明之進而其他一側面係一種拉鏈,其具備本發明之 拉鏈鏈帶(102)。 本發明之進而其他一側面係一種物品,其縫合有本發明 之拉鍵。 發明之效果 根據本發明,提供一種兼具輕度及強度之拉鏈鏈帶。 又,本發明之拉鏈鏈帶係可藉由使用較先前細之紗,而亦 獲得柔軟性提昇之效果。 【實施方式】 本發明之拉鏈鏈帶,係作為基本構成,包括包含鏈布主 體部及鏈齒安裝部且具有經編組織之編物製拉鏈鏈布、以 及縫合於鏈齒安裝部上之環扣狀之樹脂製鏈齒排。使用環 扣狀之樹脂製鏈齒排之原因在於:其不僅較輕而且柔軟性 較向,且收納性亦較高,故而依據本發明之目的,最適合 用作鏈齒。作為成為鏈齒排材料之樹脂,可列舉聚酯、尼 龍、聚丙烯、丙烯酸等’但考慮到縫製性良好、材料強度 較高等原因,較佳為聚酯。 較佳為,即便使編織經編組織之針織紗整體較細,亦可 在確保作為拉鏈所耐用之強度之基礎上,使鏈齒安裝部之 153550.doc • 8 · 201212844 最外側之針織紗夯八嫩, 刀變粗。其原因在於:抑制拉鏈鏈布之 伸長,使鏈布寬唐ρ# t穩定化,從而使鏈齒之縫製性達到 較佳。可使用具有典型而言為66〜275 dTex、較佳為 78〜167心之纖度之針織紗。作為此處使用之編織組 織,較佳為鉤編。其原因在於:可藉由使用鉤編,而不僅 強化鏈齒安裝。卩之緣部m卩制經編鏈布之伸展,使鍵 齒之安裝操作容易進行。 又本土明,係藉由橫跨一個經圈配置2根用以將鏈齒 排縫合於鏈齒安裝部之面紗而形成2根縫製線。該縫製線 係炎持著經圈配置於鏈齒安裝部之外側附近之第i縫製 線以及相肖第1縫製線配置於鏈齒安裝部之内側之第2縫 製線。第1縫製線係下述之外侧之縫製線,第2縫製線係下 述之内側之縫製線。可藉由以此種態樣安裝鏈齒排,而彌 補針織紗變細引起之鍵齒安裝強度及穩定性之低下。考慮 到左右之拉鏈鏈帶之鏈齒相互嚙合時,使各拉鏈鏈布之對 向緣部間所產生之縫隙尺寸穩定化之原因,典型而言,用 以縫合鏈齒排之2根面紗所橫跨之經圈係自鏈齒安裝部之 外側數來第2個經圈。 鑒於作為本發明之目的之拉鏈之輕量化,較佳為,面紗 採用細紗。細紗亦有助於拉鏈柔軟性之提昇。但是,若細 紗過細’則無法獲得具備實用性之安裝強度及穩定性。因 此’較佳為’使用纖度為100〜35〇 dTex之紗,更佳為,使 用纖度為110〜250 dTex之紗。與面紗組合使用之勾針紗之 纖度亦相同。 153550.doc 201212844 ’係使橫跨以此方式形成之2根縫製線之内側之 之針中之任】根針織紗之纖度變粗。所謂橫跨 内側之縫製線之針織紗,係指可複數根存在於鍵布内,但 僅使其中之1根針織紗之纖度變粗。具體而言,使用具有 72 330 dTeX、較佳為78〜235 、更佳為π〜旧叮以之 -戴度之針織紗。可藉由使内側之縫製線變粗,而於受到使 拉鍵鏈布沿其寬度方向拉伸之力時,抑制拉鏈鏈布以縫製 線為分界被撕裂。作為變粗之針織紗,例如可列舉經編針 織紗、锻紋針織紗及變形重經針織紗。再者,於本發明 中,所謂變形重經針織紗,係指一面在各緯圈(“me)鄰 接之兩個經圈上分別形成針圈(needle 1〇〇p) 一面配置成鑛 齒狀之針織紗。 可藉由以此方式’使橫跨内側之縫製線之針織紗中之任 1根針織々及較佳為鏈齒安裝部之最外側之針織紗充分變 粗,而即便使其他實質上所有之針織紗 一型而言為—Tex、更典型而言為“〜二 之缸圍内細於該等針織紗,亦可獲得具有充分強度(尤其 疋橫拉強度)之拉鏈。於典型之實施形態中,相對於鏈齒 安裝部之最外側之針織紗及橫跨内側之縫製線之上述較粗 之1根針織紗之纖度,其他實質上所有之針織紗之纖度相 差10 dTeX以上,於更典型之實施形態中,相差20 dTex以 上’例如相差10〜4〇 dTex。 上述段落中設為「實質上」係依據以下原因。編物製拉 鏈鏈布,係為了防止使用者將鏈布主體部與鏈齒安裝部弄 153550.doc 201212844 錯從而將鏈齒安裝於鏈布主體部之失誤,而以鏈布主體部 為中央,於左右兩側設置作為鏈齒安裝部發揮功能之經編 組織。於此種情形時,不論是否存在未使用而剩餘之鏈齒 安裝部,均為本發明之範圍。又,意圖單純脫離本發明之 技術範圍而形式上將丨〜2根粗針織紗使用於本發明所規定 之部位以外之部位之情形,亦屬於本發明之範圍。 上述拉鏈之鏈布之寬度尺寸係為11〜13 mm。拉鏈係因 其用途不同,鏈齒排或鏈布之尺寸不同。具體而言,環扣 狀之鍵齒排之線徑、或寬度尺寸、厚度尺寸及鏈齒排彼此 卡合之嚙合頭部之尺寸等大小、鏈布之寬度尺寸或厚度尺 寸不同。其原因在於:可藉由使鏈齒排及鏈布之尺寸變 大,而提高橫拉強度。藉此,於使鏈布之尺寸變大,且使 其寬度尺寸為14〜17 mm之情形時,較佳為,使橫跨2根縫 製線之内側之縫製線之針織紗中之任丨根針織紗之纖度為 3 0 dTex,且使除去鏈齒安裝部之最外側之針織炒以 外之其他貫質上所有之針織紗之纖度為110〜167 dTex。 又,較佳為,使鏈齒安裝部之最外側之針織紗之纖度為 167 275 dTex之纖度,且使面紗與勾針紗之纖度為 250〜350 dTex。 鏈齒安裝部與鏈布主體部亦可使用相同之纖度及材質之 十織仁亦可變更鏈布主體部與鏈齒安裝部中使用之針 ’哉、’y又,無淪鏈布主體部抑或是鏈齒安裝部,均可視需 要使每根針織紗變更纖度及材質。 作為針織紗之材質’可使用先前一直用於拉鏈之聚酯、 153550.doc 201212844 尼龍、聚丙歸、丙烤酸等,但考慮到針織紗與鍵齒中使用 相同之材料’可減小染色後之彼此之色差之原目,較佳為 聚酯。針織紗亦可句今罝祕 匕3早絲,亦可包含使2根以上之單緣 成束而成之複絲。例如,使之單絲成束而成之 複絲係纖度為250 dTexi!根紗。 編織拉賴布之針織紗本身可採用眾所周知之編織組 織’雖並無限^ ’但例如可採用鉤編針織紗、經編針織 紗、緞紋針織紗、變形重經針織紗之編織組織。然而,考 慮到一面使拉魏布膨鬆-面減輕編織機所受H較 佳為,拉鏈料係㈣編針織紗及經編針織紗,進而加上 選自锻紋針織料變形重經料紗之〗種所得之合計3種編 織而成。閉捲或開捲可根據鍵布所需之強度而任意選擇。 於本發明之拉鏈鏈帶之較佳之實施形態中,對一個紗圈 ㈣3根針織紗之紗圈(3紗圈針織結構)數係紗圈總數之 50%以上,更佳為6〇%以上。可藉由增加3個紗圈針織結 構,而獲得強度、質地及膨鬆性提昇之效果。若2紗圈結 構較多,則由於使線變細,而無法獲得充分之強度、質地 及膨鬆性,若4紗圈結構較多,則無法充分達成作為原先 之目的之拉鏈之輕量化。又,若3紗圈針織結構過於增 加,則用以形成紗圈之針織紗根數增加,從而無法充分達 成作為原先之目的之拉鏈之輕量化。藉此,較佳為,使對 一個紗圈交織3根針織紗之紗圈數未達紗圈總數之8〇0/。。 於使一對拉鏈鏈帶嚙合,製成拉鏈鏈條後,安裝滑件及 上下止擋’從而完成拉鏈。本發明之拉鏈可藉由縫合於各 153550.doc 12 201212844 種物品,而用作物品之開關件,其中,可較佳地用於要求 輕度之蕾絲、開襟毛衣、防風衣等物品。 實施例 以下’ 一面參照圖式,一面對本發明之實施例進行詳細 說明。但本發明並不限定於下述實施例,可於本發明之範 圍内進行各種改變。 =第1實施例= 圖1係表示本發明之第1實施例之拉鏈鍵布(丨〇〇)之編織 組織圖。經編組織係使用鉤編機編織而成β針織紗之素材 係使用聚酯。該拉鏈鏈布(100)係自左端起依序包含第^經 圈(W1)〜第12經圈(wi2),且第丨經圈(W1)〜第3經圈(W3)係 形成鏈齒安裝部(A) ’第4經圈(W4)〜第12經圈(W12)係形成 鏈布主體部(B)。 <編織組織> 對拉鏈鏈布(1〇〇)之編織組織進行說明。鏈齒安裝部(A)
