Abstract
Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmis yeni SRT proteinlerini sifreleyen SRT nükleik asit molekülleri adli izole edilmis nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir.Bulus anti duyarli nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birlestirici tanim vektörleri ve tanim vektörlerinin yerlestirildigi konakçi hücreler de saglar. Hali hazirda bulus ayrica izole edilmis SRT proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmis SRT proteinleri, füzyon proteinleri , antijenik peptitler ve bu organizmadaki SRT genlerinin genetik mühendisligine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bilesigin C.Glutamicum'dan üretiminin gelistirilmesine yönelik metotlar saglar.SRT nucleic acid molecules encoding new SRT proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described. Based on the genetic engineering of SRT proteins, mutated SRT proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides, and mutated inventions currently available, methods for developing the production of a desired compound from C. Glutamicum are based on the genetic engineering of this organism.
