Description

The proposed device is intended as a room mobile oven for cooking and heating living spaces. The device of the proposed furnace consists of the following: a blower /, covered by the door 1 as required, extending to the middle in a rectangular ash box 2, brings air to the grate 5, which forms the bottom of the firebox 5, expanding upwards in the form of a collar 5 -, equipped with eight oval branch pipes 5. From the front side of the furnace, the fire chamber is equipped with a heating hole 5, to which the heating frame with a door 4 adjoins.

A cast iron stove stove 5 above the furnace collar is supported by its vertical walls. On a vertical sheet of the outer sheet casing of the stove 6.

To seal this joint, the upper edge of the casing fits into the slot in the casting of the slab, in which the asbestos cord 7 is inserted.

Thanks to such a device, putting into place and shooting the plate is very convenient (in the manner of removing the lid from the pot), and, according to the author, the tightness of the connection is made perfect to perfection.

For greater uniformity of heating of the plate and to avoid its warping below, radial fins 54 are provided in it.

An oven made of sheet material 8 and with double walls is located under the firebox and ashtray box to form the washing channels: the bottom 9, the side 10, the upper I and the rear 12.

The oven is closed at the front with a double-wall door 13.

Under the oven, a sediment chamber 14 is located, which is connected to the furnace space with the help of eight smoke tubes 15, which are worn over the top nozzles 3, and below on the funnels f6 stamped on sheet 16.

Behind, at the level of the sheet 16, there is an outlet branch pipe 17 with a rotatable angle flap 18. The sedimentary chamber is connected to the bottom spiritual passage 9 by means of a slot 16 in sheet 16.

Under the sedimentary chamber there is a bottom of the stove with double walls 19 and 20, of which brackets with cast-iron castors 21 are attached to the bottom. The latter allow the system to be moved very easily from place to place, which in many cases can be very convenient.

Handrails 22, fixed on the brackets to the casing of the stove on its sides, are designed on one side to move the system, on the other hand to hang the stove accessories (poker, trowel) and dry the necessary household towels, etc.

The action of the proposed device is as follows:

Combustion in the volume bounded by the cast-iron walls of the furnace casting and the stove .9 and 5, the gases, having completed their burning, enter the vertical smoke tubes 15, from where they enter the sediment chamber M.

Here, solid combustion products are deposited, after which more or less purified gases are directed, depending on the position of the angle flap 18, directly into the exhaust chimney, or rise through the slit: / 6 in sheet 16 to the baking ducts, passing through channels 9, 10, 11 m 12 and washing the oven from the bottom, sides, top and rear.

After that, the gases enter the exhaust pipe 17, from where it goes to the chimney.

All internal volumes in the stove, external to the gas paths just described, are filled with sand or other material that has a high heat capacity with low thermal conductivity.

Due to this, the hot products of combustion, giving away their heat quickly to the metal walls of chimneys and from there to the considerably heat capacity of the sand that encloses them, on the one hand lose almost all desired and possible heat of combustion in the stove itself, on the other hand contribute With such a device, maintaining a high uniform temperature in the combustion space, which increases the economic coefficient of the thermal process.

Moreover, due to the marked property of the sand, all the external walls of the stove are heated very evenly to a moderate limit.

The double bottom with sand filling prevents from heating the floor under the stove, thus making it possible to utilize the entire height of the stove with useful spaces.

The vertical arrangement of the fire tubes is designed to protect these tubes from quickly clogging and facilitates their cleaning (from the top) by removing the stove.

The proposed device also provides for easy filming of the oven frame with the door 13 and the outlet nozzle 17, after which the oven is removed forward and all surfaces are easily cleaned of the settled soot.

According to the author, the proposed system gives a very perfect regulation of steam in the oven, achieved by continuous rotation of the corner flap 18 within an angle of 90. By more or less closing the door of the blower, the desired temperature on the stove can be achieved quite easily.

In the form of better heat transfer from gases moving in the flue tubes and the oven, on the one hand, and possibly more uniform heating of the side walls (casing 6) of the stove, on the other hand, these tubes have a corresponding arrangement both along the casing walls and in relation to distance them from the last and from the outer walls of the spiritual passages.
