1. Катализатор для гидрообессеривания нефтяных фракций, содержащий соединение никеля или кобальта и соединение молибдена на носителе - окиси алюминия, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения активности катализатора, он в качестве соединения никеля или кобальта содержит нитрат никеля или кобальта, а в качестве соединения молибдена - поверхностный комплекс бис[акваоксооксалата молибдена (V)] с окисью алюминия при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:Указанное соединение молибдена - 6,8 - 31,0Нитрат кобальта или никеля - 1,9 - 6,2Окись алюминия - Остальное2. Способ приготовления катализатора для гидрообессеривания нефтяных фракций, включающий последовательную пропитку носителя - окиси алюминия - водными растворами соединения молибдена и нитрата никеля или кобальта с последующей сушкой и осернением, отличающийся тем, что, с целью получения катализатора с повышенной активностью и упрощения технологии, в качестве соединения молибдена используют дигидразинат бис[аква-(μ-оксо)оксооксалатомолибдена (V)] формулы (NH)[Mo(μ-O)O(CO)(HO)] и процесс ведут при соотношении компонентов, обеспечивающем следующее их содержание в катализаторе, мас.%:Поверхностный комплекс бис[акваоксооксалата молибдена (V)] с окисью алюминия - 6,8 - 31,0Нитрат кобальта или никеля - 1,9 - 6,2Окись алюминия - Остальное1.
