Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к технологии пигментов и позвол ет улучшить мал рно-техиические показатели черного термостойкого пигмента. Готов т смесь 2Нз.О, CuS04-7Hj 0, MnSO, 5Н.О и Fe2.(SO)3 9Н;,б при массовом соотношении солей железа (II), меди (II) и марганца (II), равном (5-50):(20-80):(20-80) и соотношении сульфата: железа (III) к сумме солей железа (II), меди (II) и марганца (II), равном 1: (10-40). Полученную смесь раствор ют в воде, нагревают до 50 С, перемешивают и затем добавл ют раствор гидрооксида натри . Полученную суспензию отфильтровывают , промывают водой и прокаливают при 700°С в течение 2 ч. Затем прокаленный продукт размалывают. Полученную смесь заливают водой до объема 700 мл, подогревают до 50 С и перемешивают раствор в течение 1 ч.
