Abstract

When urine accumulates in the bladder a pressure in produced, which via a chain effect, causes a combustion of membrane (2)-thermostat(5)-piston (6) to open for a specific urine flow through a channel (8). This flow warms the sensitive body of the thermostat, the body expands, and the urine aperture expands, remaining thus until all the urine has passed outwards. Then the channel is closed until sufficient urine has accumulated to constitute adequate pressure to initiate a evacuation process.
