Denna uppgift löses enligt uppfinningen genom i bifogade huvudkravs kännetecknande del angivna särdragen.
De enligt uppfinningen framställda axelbalkhalvorna och de därav framställda axelbalkarna uppvisar förutom att de uppfyller de uppställda kraven gentemot konkurentprodukter en bättre yta och därmed en ännu mera förbättrad utmattningshållfasthet.
På de bifogade ritningarna visar schematiskt den stegvisa framställningen av axelbalken enligt uppfinningen.
Fig. 1 visar två utföringsformer av flytpressade axelbalk- halvor med ringtvärsnitt på själva axeldelen, fig. 2 omformning av axelbalkhalvan till önskat sluttvär- snitt ooh fig. 5 visar den färdigsvetsade axelbalken.
De i fig. 1 visade axelbalkhalvorna består av det inre öpp- na 1 eller slutna 2 ändområdet 5 till vilket själva axeldelom- rådet 4 ansluter sig med kontinuerligt.ökande inre och yttre dia- meter. Själva axeldelen kan invändigt och utvändigt förlöpa cy- lindriskt 5 eller invändigt och utvändigt kontinuerligt öka 6.
I samma uppvärmning bringas såsom fig. 2 visar, själva axel- området 4 med hjälp av en inre stödanordning 7 och kalibrervalsar 8 till den önskade kvadratiska, rektangulära, halvrunda, konvex- -konkava slutformen och därav härledda kombinationsformer I till VI. Vid denna operation kan åtminstone en av sidoväggarna minskas respektive ökas i vaggtáteklek v11 till XII.
Den i fig. 5 visade axelbalken är sammansvetsad av två i ändarna öppna 1 eller slutna 2 identiska halvor i mitten och på sådant sätt, att i axelbalkens inre en förstärkningsvulst 10 bil- das.
Claims (2)
1. Sätt vid framställning av förämnen till axelbalkar för nyttofordon med ett axelomrâde med cirkelformat tvärsnitt och utmed sin längd är koniskt eller cylindriskt, av ett till deformationstemperatur uppvärmt noga bestämt block av cylindriskt, massivt material i tvâ arbetstempon genom flytpressning och avslutande valsning, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att ändomrâdet och övergångsområdet till axeln bildas genom pressning med materialflytning med pressriktningen och axelom- rådet bildas genom omedelbart därpâ följande pressning med ma- terialflytning mot pressriktningen och axelomrâdet i anslutning därtill omformas genom valsning med inre stödanordning i samma värme till ett kvadratiskt, rektangulärt, halvrunt, konkav~kon- vext sluttvärsnitt och därur härledda kombinationsformer.
2. Sätt enligt krav l, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att om- formningen sker så att väggtjockleken minskas i åtminstone en av sidcväggarna.
