Abstract
63428 21 SAMMAN DRAG Uppfinningen avser ett glidlager (1) innefattande ett stodelement (2) pa vilket atminstone ett ytterligare funktionsskikt (3) av en legering baserad pa silver med silver som huvudsaklig legeringsbestandsdel dr anbringad. Funktionsskiktet (3) inneholler vid sidan av silver atminstone ett element fron en grupp innefattande gallium, mangan, nickel, koppar, zink, germanium, indium, tenn, antimon och aluminium, varvid den totala halten av dessa element uppgar till mellan 0,01 vikt-% och 70 vikt-% och resten är silver med fororeningar som beror pa framstallningen, under betingelsen att i bindra legeringar baserade pa silver är andelen av elementen gallium, mangan, nickel, zink, germanium, antimon maximalt 49 vikt-% och andelen av indium uppgar till maximalt 10 vikt-%, andelen av tenn respektive koppar i utforandet av funktionsskiktet som lopskikt uppgar till maximalt 10 vikt-% respektive 14 vikt-%.

Claims (12)
1. Glidlager (1) innefattande ett stadelement (2) pa vilket àr anbringat atmin- stone ett ytterligare funktionsskikt (3) av en legering baserad pa silver med silver som huvudsaklig legeringsbestandsdel, varvid valfritt mellan funktionsskiktet (3) och stadelementet (2) eller pa funktionsskiktet (3) dr anbringat atminstone ett ytterligare skikt, kannetecknat av aft funktionsskiktet (3) forutom silver inneholler ytterligare ett element fran gruppen innefattande gallium, mangan, nickel, koppar, zink, germanium, indium, tenn, antimon och aluminium, varvid den totala halten av dessa element uppgar till mellan 0,01 vikt-% och 70 vikt-% och resten silver med fororeningar som beror pa framstallningsprocessen under betingelserna att i binara legeringar baserade pa silver uppgar andelen av elementen gallium, mangan, nickel, zink, germanium, antimon, maximalt till 49 vikt-%, andelen av indium uppgar till maximalt 10 vikt-%, andelen av tenn respektive koppar i utforingsformen av funktionsskiktet som lopskikt uppgar till maximalt 10 vikt-% respektive 14 vikt-%.
2. Glidlager (1) enligt krav 1, kannetecknat av aft andelen av gallium upp- gar till maximalt 15%.
3. Glidlager (1) enligt kraven 1 eller 2, kannetecknat av aft andelen av mangan uppgar till maximalt 35 vikt-%.
4. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-3, kannetecknat av aft andelen av nickel uppgar till maximalt 8 vikt-%.
5. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-4, kannetecknat av aft andelen av zink uppgar till maximalt 40 vikt-%.
6. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-5, kannetecknat av aft andelen av germanium uppg& till maximalt 15 vikt-%. 63428
7. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-6, kannetecknat av aft andelen av indium uppgor till maximalt 35 vikt-%.
8. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-7, kannetecknat av aft andelen av antimon uppgor till maximalt 25 vikt-%.
9. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-8, kannetecknat av aft andelen av aluminium uppgar till maximalt 15 vikt-%.
10. Glidlager (1) enligt ett av kraven 1-9, kannetecknat av aft det i legeringen baserad pa silver finns atminstone ett element som bildar en hard fas av en ytterligare elementgrupp bestoende av krom, lam, kobolt, molybden, volfram, titan, bor i en andel mellan 0,1 volym-% och 30 volym-%.
