3. Смазочная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что смазочная основа содержит моноэтаноламин, триэтаноламин, олеиновую кислоту, аммонийные соли лигносульфоновых кислот, стеарокс и воду, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:
