Предлагаемое изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к дерматологии, и может быть использовано для лечения больных идиопатическим дарматомиозитом. Цель предлагаемого изобретения - повышение эффективности лечения, предупреждение осложнений дерматомиозита, уменьшение побочных эффектов и осложнений терапии. Способ заключается в том, что путем введения внутрь кортикостероидных гормонов для повышения эффективности лечения и предупреждения осложнений дополнительно внутримышечно вводят коллализин в суточной дозе 500-750 КЕ один раз в сутки в течение 10-15 дней.The present invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for the treatment of patients with idiopathic darmatomyositis.
