Claims (26)

1. Система для обработки выхлопного газа, содержащая
каталитическую композицию SCR; и
композицию LNT,
где изделие LNT находится в сообщении по текучей среде с и ниже по ходу потока от каталитической композиции SCR.
2. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция SCR расположена на первой подложке, и композиция LNT расположена на второй подложке.
3. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция SCR и композиция LNT расположены на одной и той же подложке.
4. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 3, где каталитическая композиция SCR простирается вдоль всей длины подложки, и композиция LNT перекрывает часть каталитической композиции SCR, или каталитическая композиция SCR перекрывает композицию LNT.
5. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 3, где композиция LNT простирается вдоль всей длины подложки, и каталитическая композиция SCR перекрывает часть композиции LNT, или композиция LNT перекрывает каталитическую композицию SCR.
6. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 3, где каталитическая композиция SCR и композиция LNT не перекрывают друг друга.
7. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая одно или более из дизельного катализатора окисления, сажевого фильтра и катализатора окисления аммиака.
8. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция SCR расположена рядом с двигателем, и где композиция LNT расположена ниже по ходу потока от каталитической композиции SCR, дополнительно содержащая расположенный ниже по ходу потока дизельный катализатор окисления, расположенный под днищем кузова, катализированный сажевый фильтр и второй катализатор SCR.
9. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая электрический нагреватель.
10. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 9, где электрический нагреватель представляет собой 2-20 кВт электрический нагреватель.
11. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая инжектор восстанавливающего средства в сообщении по текучей среде с и выше по ходу потока от каталитической композиции SCR.
12. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, которая расположена рядом с двигателем.
13. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, которая расположена под днищем кузова.
14. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 2, где первая подложка расположена рядом с двигателем, и вторая подложка расположена под днищем кузова.
15. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по п. 1, где каталитическая композиция SCR содержит содержащие основный металл мелкопористые молекулярные сита с 8-ми членными кольцами.
16. Система для обработки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-15, где композиция LNT содержит NOx сорбент и компонент металла платиновой группы, расположенный на носителе на основе тугоплавкого оксида металла.
17. Способ обработки выхлопного потока, содержащего NOx, включающий пропускание выхлопного потока через систему для обработки выхлопного газа по любому из пп. 1-16.
18. Способ по п. 17, где выхлопной поток находится при ≤190°C.
19. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, имеющую первый, расположенный выше по ходу потока конец, и второй, расположенный ниже по ходу потока конец, определяющие длину по оси, и имеющую зонированное каталитическое покрытие на ней, причем каталитическое покрытие содержит:
расположенную выше по ходу потока зону, содержащую каталитическую композицию селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR); и
расположенную ниже по ходу потока зону, содержащую композицию катализатора-ловушки обедненных оксидов азота (LNT).
20. Каталитическое изделие по п. 19, где подложка представляет собой пористый фильтр с проточными стенками.
21. Каталитическое изделие по п. 19, где подложка представляет собой проточный монолит.
