Claims (26)
1. Раствор для очистки поверхности от отложений различной природы, включая отложения с высоким содержанием органических веществ, содержащий, перекись водорода, комплексон, пеногаситель, водорастворимый каликсарен и воду при следующем соотношении, мас. %:
2. Раствор по п. 1, котором в качестве катализатора разложения перекисных соединений содержит гидроксиды щелочных металлов, соединения металлов с переменной валентностью или их смеси.
3. Раствор по п. 1, который дополнительно содержит стабилизатор перекисных соединений в количестве 1-5 мас. %.
4. Раствор по п. 1, который дополнительно содержит ингибитор коррозии в количестве 0,5-2,5 мас. %.
5. Раствор по п. 1, который в качестве комплексона содержит водорастворимые хелатирующие агенты, например, многоосновные соли органических кислот и производные фосфористых кислот.
6. Раствор по п. 3, который в качестве стабилизатора разложения перекисных соединений содержит гексаметафосфат натрия, фосфат калия, триполифосфат натрия.
7. Раствор по п. 1, который в качестве ПАВ содержит сульфонол, неонол, синтанол, лаурилсульфат или их смесь.
8. Раствор по п. 1 который в качестве пеногасителя содержит водно-масляную эмульсию полидиметилсилоксанов и других кремнийорганических соединений, а также блок-сополимеры на основе этиленоксида и пропиленоксида.
9. Концентрированный компонент для приготовления раствора для очистки поверхности от отложений различной природы, включая отложения с высоким содержанием органических веществ, содержащий по меньшей мере комплексон, водорастворимый каликсарен, катализатор разложения перекисных соединений и воду в следующем соотношении, мас. %:
10. Концентрированный компонент по п. 9, который дополнительно содержит ингибитор коррозии в количестве 5-25 мас. %.
11. Концентрированный компонент по п. 9, который дополнительно содержит стабилизатор разложения перекисных соединений в количестве 5-20 мас. %.
12. Концентрированный компонент по п. 9, который дополнительно содержит ПАВ в количестве 3-30 мас. %.
13. Концентрированный компонент по п. 9, который в качестве комплексона содержит водорастворимые хелатирующие агенты, например, многоосновные соли органических кислот и производные фосфористых кислот.
14. Способ приготовления раствора для очистки поверхности от отложений различной природы, включая отложения с высоким содержанием органических веществ, включающий смешивание концентрированного компонента с перекисью водорода с последующим разбавлением водой, в котором используют в котором используют концентрированный компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере комплексон, водорастворимый каликсарен, катализатор разложения перекисных соединений и воду при следующем соотношении, мас. %:
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором в качестве комплексона используют водорастворимые хелатирующие агенты, например, многоосновные соли органических кислот и производные фосфористых кислот.
16. Способ по п. 14, в котором указанная поверхность представляет собой металлическую поверхность или неметаллическую поверхность.
17. Способ очистки поверхности от отложений различной природы, включая отложения с высоким содержанием органических веществ, включающий стадию, на которой очищаемую поверхность вводят в контакт с раствором, содержащим перекись водорода, катализатор разложения перекисных соединений, комплексон, ПАВ, пеногаситель, водорастворимый каликсарен и воду при следующем соотношении, мас. %:
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором в качестве комплексона используют водорастворимые хелатирующие агенты, например, многоосновные соли органических кислот и производные фосфористых кислот.
19. Способ по п. 17, в котором указанная поверхность представляет собой металлическую поверхность или неметаллическую поверхность.
20. Способ очистки поверхности от отложений различной природы, включающий воздействие на указанные отложения компонентов раствора, полученного смешиванием концентрированного компонента с перекисью водорода и последующим разбавлением водой, обеспечивающего интенсивное газообразование на поверхности отложений и внутри пор указанных отложений с формированием пузырьков радиусом от 1,6*10-5 м до 2*10-3 м, поддерживающих в зоне локального разложения температуру до 250 °С и давление от 0,1 до 16 МПа, при этом используют концентрированный компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере комплексон, водорастворимый каликсарен, катализатор разложения перекисных соединений и воду в следующем соотношении, мас. %:
21. Способ очистки по п. 20, в котором указанная поверхность представляет собой металлическую поверхность или неметаллическую поверхность.
