Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania obręczy samochodowej kompozytowej polegający na tym, że na formie do otrzymywania obręczy uzyskuje się obręcz kompozytową, charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się dwuczęściową formę. Na formę nakłada się tkaninę z włókien szklanych i/lub węglowych, aby uzyskać półfabrykat obrysu bębna i rantu obręczy, przy czym tkaninę przesyca się żywicą epoksydową lub termoplastykiem, po czym utwardzony półfabrykat obręczy samochodowej wyciąga się z formy. Od strony przedniej półfabrykatu nacina się wzdłużnie półfabrykat przez część szerokości tworząc co najmniej pięć krótszych tylnych wzdłużnych nacięć oraz co najmniej pięć dłuższych przednich wzdłużnych nacięć. Utworzony półfabrykat nakłada się na tylny segment (2) formy, na który od strony przedniej mocuje się metalową piastę tylną zaś na podstawie piasty tylnej mocuje się naprzemiennie co najmniej pięć krótszych poziomych wypustów tylnych i co najmniej pięć dłuższych poziomych wypustów przednich. Na takim przygotowanym układzie tworzy się szprychy poprzez plecenie nitek utworzonych z włókien pomiędzy półfabrykatem - nacięciami na rancie i bębnie a wypustami na piaście. Szprychy tworzy się dwuwarstwowo.
