Abstract

Se describe una composicion granular para recubrimientos agricolas que comprende una pluralidad de granulados que tienen al menos un recubrimiento biodegradable aplicado sobre los granulados, donde los granulados se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en semillas, fertilizantes y plaguicidas; y el recubrimiento biodegradable esta formado por polihidroxialcanoatos, tal como residuos monomericos de 3-hidroxibutirato y residuos monomericos de 3-hidroxihexanoato. Tambien se describen un metodo para preparar la composicion granular recubierta y un metodo para la liberacion controlada del material granular en el campo.
