Abstract

Se describe una composición granular para recubrimientos agrícolas. La composición granular está formada por una pluralidad de granulados que tienen al menos un recubrimiento biodegradable aplicado sobre los granulados. Los granulados se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en semillas, fertilizantes y plaguicidas. El recubrimiento biodegradable está formado por polihidroxialcanoatos, tal como residuos monoméricos de 3-hidroxibutirato y residuos monoméricos de 3-hidroxihexanoato. También se describen un método para preparar la composición granular recubierta y un método para la liberación controlada del material granular en el campo.
