Description

Šis išradimas priskiriamas batų gamybos būdui ir tiksliau, patobulintam batų gamybos būdui, naudojant ultragarsui pralaidžią liejimo formą, saugiai prijungti sujungimą prie batų viršutinės dalies. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a shoe, and more particularly to an improved method of manufacturing a shoe using an ultrasonic permeable mold to securely attach a joint to the upper of the shoe.

TECHNIKOS LYGISTECHNICAL LEVEL

A conventional method of making shoes is shown in Figs. 1, and generally includes an upper portion 1, a connecting member 2, and a sole 3, wherein the sole 3 is connected to the upper portion 1 by molding or adhering. The sole 3 is connected to the joint element 2 previously connected to the upper part, and the joining means 2 and the sole 3 are joined by means of attachment or stitching. However, it is known that the sizes of the connecting element 2 usually include an overlap which makes the connecting element 2 larger than the sole 3. When the connecting element 2 is adhered or sewn to the sole 3, unevenness in the shoe will occur which is not acceptable in the market.
