Abstract

본 발명은 올레핀계 이중결합이 시아노기의 삼중결합에 공액되지 않는, 올레핀계 니트릴로 비환식 디올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로시안화를 위한 촉매화 증기상 방법에 관한 것이고, 하나 이상의 이배위 아인산염 및 영가 니켈을 포함하는 촉매 조성물이 사용된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 영가 니켈 및 하기 화학식(Ⅰ) 및 화학식(Ⅱ)로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 이배위 아인산염 리간드를 포함하는 지지 촉매 조성물의 존재하에서, 135℃ 내지 170℃의 온도범위이내의 기상중에 HCN과 비환식 지방족 공액된 디올레핀계 화합물을 반응시켜 올레핀계 이중결합이 시아노기와 공액되지 않는 비환식 올레핀계 나트릴을 생성하는 것을 포함하는, 디올레핀계 화합물이 기상 하이드로시안화 방법 :
    상기 식에서, 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 3 내지 12개의 탄소원자의 2급 또는 3급 하이드로카빌이고; 각각의 R2는 독립적으로 H, C1내지 C12알킬 또는 OR3(R3는 C1내지 C12알킬이다)이고; 및
    상기 식에서, 각각의 R4는 독립적으로 12개 이하의 탄소원자의 3급 탄화수소 또는 OR5(R5는 C1내지 C12알킬이다)이고; 및 각각의 R6는 독립적으로 12개 이하의 탄소원자의 3급 탄화수소이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 지지체가 실리카, 알루미나 및 탄소로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지지체가 실리카인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 140℃ 내지 160℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 145℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 출발 디올레핀계 화합물이 하기 화학식(Ⅳ)로 나타내어지는 디올레핀인 방법 :
    상기 식에서, 각각의 R7및 R8은 독립적으로 H 또는 C1내지 C3알킬이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 출발 디올레핀계 화합물이 1, 3-부타디엔인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 출발 디올레핀계 화합물이 촉매를 불활성화시키지 않는 하나 이상의 다른기로 치환되는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, HCN 및 1, 3-부타디엔이 용매 또는 희석제없이 반응이 도입되는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 HCN 및 1, 3-부타디엔이 반응으로 도입되기 전에 반응조건하에서 출발물질 및 촉매에 불활성인 용매중에 용해되고, 용액은 반응으로 도입되기 전에 증발되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 연속공정인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 배치공정인 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 디올레핀계 화합물의 유동비가 연속 공급물의 시간당 촉매에 대한 그의 몰비가 5 : 1 내지 100 : 1 이도록 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 디올레핀계 화합물 대 HCN의 몰비가 1 : 1 이상인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 101.3 내지 1013kPa 범위이내의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
