Abstract
본 발명은 샌드위치구조물에 관한 것으로, 특히 흡음, 방전 및 단열성이 뛰어날뿐만아니라 고강도, 고강성, 내충격성이 요구되는 곳에 사용하기에 적합한 샌드위치구조체에 관한 것이다. 종래의 허니콤형태의 발포체층은 제작이 어렵고, 무거우며 균열이 전체적으로 일어난다는 단점이 있었다. 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치구조체는 서로 밀도가 다른 발포체층을 갖는다. 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치구조체는 무게에 비해 강도, 내충격성이 뛰어나며, 균열이 발생되더라고 구조물 전체적으로 진행되지 않는다는 장점이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 샌드위치구조체는 고강도, 고강성, 내충격이 요구되는 곳, 특히 특장 차량의 외부 패널이다. 캐빈(cabin)에 사용하면 매우 유용하다.

Claims (5)
- 복합재료 샌드위치구조체에 있어서, 소정간격 이격하여 배치되고 섬유강화프라스틱으로 성형된 양 표피층; 상기 양 표피층 사이에 배치되고, 소정의 밀도를 갖는 재료로 구성된 제1발포체층; 및 상기 양표피층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제1발포체층과 다른 밀도를 갖는 재료로 구성된 제2발포체층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표피층, 제1발포체층, 제2발포체층은 각각 불포화폴리에스터, 에폭시 등의 열경화성 접착제에 의해 서로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1발포체층과 상기 제2발포체층 사이에 배치되고 상기 제1발포체층 및 제2발포체층과 다른 밀도를 갖는 재료로 구성된 제3발포체층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양 표피충의 성형에는 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 탄소섬유들 중 적어도 하나의 섬유와 불포화폴리에스터, 에폭시 등의 열경화성수지 또는 내충격성 폴리스티렌 등의 열가소성수지가 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2, 제3발포체로는 폴리우레탄, 폴리스스렌, 폴리비닐크로라이드, 페놀, 에폭시 등의 고분자수지를 발포하여 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
